Bob responded promptly to my on-line inquiry, within 10 minutes. He took my details and criteria for a car and was back to me within hours with initial inventory, facts and figures. We negotiated a deal (I even came back to him for some additions), all over the telephone, saving me the 40-minute drive to his dealership. When I met with Bob, all was as we had agreed. There was no bait and switch with inventory or with any of the terms to which we had agreed. When I went in today, as scheduled, to pick up my car, I was greeted with immediate service. I spent 30 minutes in the car with a Rallye technology person (Matt!) who ran through the entire systems in clear, concise and patient order. Meanwhile, Bob had everything from insurance, transfer of plates, and final documents and details prepared. My appointment was for 11am. I was on the road in my new car before noon! Total revelation. More

My husband and I had gone in to look for a new GX 460 to replace his current one which was 10 years old. We were told that it would take 6-8 weeks for them to get in the model we wanted (which had a bench seat in the second row and not the more common captains chairs). In the meantime we went online and found the exact car we wanted in Smithown and bought it from that dealership instead. I will never understand why Rallye does not show more loyalty to their existing customers! More

Not only did he know every aspect of the car, but he took his time to explain every feature in my car, and then reassured me that I could come back or call him anytime with any questions I may have. I have never been in a dealership that made a customer feel so special.
