UPDATE: so the service manager and director of the Service dept. has called twice to assure everything is ok. I am sure they are just wanting me to give them a good review on BMW's survey. whatever, at least there is an internal procedure that keeps all their employees in check and they will try to make things right if one of their employees are no good. Carol Muniz is still a sneaky 'used car salesperson' . watch out for her! Or you will get scammed by her and have to go through the trouble of explaining why you should not be billed for something you did not approve of
