The first time in service we were told that the motorized arm was replaced. This did not correct the problem. THe car went back and we were told that the belt was twisted inside the b post and was repaired under warranty. Just returned the car again, for the same issue and told that the belt was again twisted inside the b post and were charged for the repair and told that it is not covered, even though it was a reoccurrence. Shame on Rallye for not standing behind the original repair. In addition, when our car was in service, the windshield was damaged by Rallye personnel when it received one of their "free" car washes. Matt, the service manager refused to replace it and we were told that it would cost us $1800 to replace. Shame on Rallye, because a BMW windshield only costs $600 to replace by any reputable auto glass company using a BMW windshield. When we originally posted this review, we were threatened by Matt that our vehicle would no longer be serviced unless we deleted the negative review on Yelp and Dealerrater. We removed it but they still charged us over $400 for a windshield replacement for a windshield which they damaged. When we came to pick up the car the service writer told us that we must sign a release stating that would would never give a bad review to Rallye BMW or he would not release the car. SInce we had already paid them for the replacement we explained that we would not sign any release which would take away our right to free speech and that we would summon the Nassau County Police as they were refusing to return our car for which we had already paid for the repair. With this, the writer called the service manager and released the car. Is this the treatment you want from a BMW dealer? More
Excellent experience I had purchased a 335xi from Richard Isaac while he was a Sales Advisor at BMW of Manhattan. I had been trying to setup an appointment for a simple Inspection, and to give my car a once over to make sure everything was still running correctly on my vehicle; however it was difficult to get an appointment that would work around my busy schedule. I had tried to reach Richard to try to accommodate me but was told that he was no longer there. I had asked other Sales Agents there that i had met through him and was told that he was now at Rallye BMW. Being from Queens and hearing the good reviews of Rallye, I decided to look him up to see if he would be able to get me a service time for my vehicle that worked for me and of course it was not an issue. He set me up for an appointment early in the morning the following week with David O'Neill. As soon as I drove into the immaculate Service Area, i was greeted by a number of Service Advisors, one of which was David. David quickly wrote me up, and informed me the total time was going to take between an hour to an hour and a half and said that i would be able to wait in the area. where beverages and small snacks were provided. They even provide a television and newspaper to help pass the time. I however, had to check and reply to emails, which was much easier since they provide free WiFi if needed. By the time that I could do some actual work, David called me stating that my car was ready, well within the approximate time given to me earlier. I believe that i was there a total of 45 mins from when i first entered the service area. When i purchased my vehicle 2 years ago, Richard told me that he takes pride in providing customers with excellent service because it is the after sale that counts. I was fearing that since I had purchased the vehicle at a different dealership, I would have issues being serviced elsewhere, but with the service Richard and David provided me, I can see that the statement that Richard told me is true. I cannot wait to purchase my next vehicle from Richard and the good folks at Rallye BMW and would highly recommend to my friends and family. -Alex Mendoza More
Moved from Manhattan BMW to Rallye BMW Rich Isaac was my salesperson from Manhattan BMW for many years. After 2 X5's, we decided to try Audi but after that lease ended, we knew that nothin Rich Isaac was my salesperson from Manhattan BMW for many years. After 2 X5's, we decided to try Audi but after that lease ended, we knew that nothing would compare to the customer we received from Rich. We were saddened by the fact that Rich left Manhattan BMW and even more disappointed by the decline in service at the dealership. When we found out he was at Rallye BMW, we were not thrilled about having to drive from Manhattan to LI for service but now I realize that it was well worth the trip. Even though Rich was the salesman for my 2014 X6, he made sure he connected me to a great service advisor at Rallye, David O'Neil. Throughout the service process, Rich continued to check up on how everything was going. As an added perk, they even gave me a 2014 750 Li for a courtesy loaner! I have no regrets and will continue to make the drive to LI from Manhattan for any service needed on my car. More

Bret Hines was the gentleman that took care of me as it was my first service. He was very friendly and thorough. I've never experienced another service center like this. It was expected for BMW. Purchasing my car was also a first class experience. If I can recommend Rich Isaac to anyone considering a BMW, I ceratainly would. He is highly knowledgable and helped me choose the right car for my lifestyle. I am so happy with my X1, I'll never own another brand again. He helped me with my purchase in Manhattan and I am so glad he made the switch to Brush Hollow in Westbury, it's much more convenient and is a lovelier dealership. Big points for RIch, he did NOT, I repeat, NOT make me feel like a "dumb girl" buying a car alone. He treated me with respect and was up front about everything. That quality I know is extremely hard to find. More

I used to have a friend, Henry Lou who worked for Rallye forever. I have bought 4 BMWs from him in the past 6 years. Right after he left I went to buy another car and was immediately put off by the sneaky sales tactics. so I drove all the way out to BMW of Bayshore to find Henry who sold me the same car for $10k less! I still had to bring my car to Rallye to get serviced as they are much close to where I live. Big mistake! Carol Muniz, was my service advisor. the whole time she spent with me she spent trying to upsell me on services I did not need. This was weird as Rallye was not like this in the past. I turned down everything. She rapid fired another bunch of services she was going to have done on the car. she said nothing about cost so I thought it was regular FREE maintenance. Guess what? when I went to pick up they car they hit me with a $330 bill. I refused to pay. they released the car only after I gave them a copy of my license and card. they promised they would not run card AND I wrote on the credit card authorization form " I DO NOT AUTHORIZE ANY CHARGE'. Next day the service manager calls me and feed me a bunch of insincere apologies and how because I am the customer I am right even when I am wrong. After 15 minutes he agrees to waive the charges. I find out later that day Rallye tried to run my credit card and it was declined. LOL! he was only calling to try and collect money! By the way, Carol emails me and tells me she clearly explained to me the charges. and said I agreed to it. I am stupid enough to agree to pay $300 to have a bottle of fuel additive to be added to my gas tank? you must be kidding me! CAROL MUNIZ. Watch out everyone. she is a sneaky one!....these people, they are all very polite and courteous but all dirty....don't believe me....next time you go and get your car serviced and not pay attention to the contracts you sign or leave a less than 5 star rating on their reviews. see what happens!
