This was my first experience with Rallye. I switched from another BMW dealer where the service was horrible, so I was prepared for more of the same. I couldn't have had a better experience! I was charged for a diagonosis that wasn't necessary. I sent emails to management and my calls or emails were never answered by management to resolve my issues.
