When making my appointment, I specifically requested that David O'Neill be my service advisor. H I was extremely pleased with my service experience! When making my appointment, I specifically requested that David O'Neill be my service advisor. He has always been completely professional, accommodating and personable in my past experiences with him. I am the original owner of a very well cared for 1999 BMW 328i with just under 22K miles on it. Having been my service advisor in the past, David understands and skillfully accommodates my desire to take good care of my car, such that it continues to perform as beautifully as it always has for the foreseeable future. On this occasion, I brought my car in for its annual inspection and an oil change. In connection with the inspection, your staff and David discovered and diagnosed a defective O2 sensor. I also had an alignment issue that would have compromised my tire wear. David kept me up to date with the progress of the diagnostics and repair, and my car was ready when promised, taking into account the O2 sensor issue, which he carefully explained and I understood. Upon pick up, my car had been professionally washed and vacuumed, and looked like new! On the way home, the car drove beautifully. Again, I cannot praise David and the rest of your staff enough! It's always a pleasure! More
