Following an extensive list of repairs needed on my 2007 X3 (which were not clearly outlined to me the first time I spoke with Brandon), Matt stepped in and helped me decide on a course forward. Corrinne was very professional and available to me as well. She did an excellent job. Also, Crystal who escorted me on my test drive and later reviewed my car with me really knows her stuff.
