they cared about MY time. while it was nice that they can monitor the car and contact me to let me know service is due, that is just smart sales. the real customer service tou while it was nice that they can monitor the car and contact me to let me know service is due, that is just smart sales. the real customer service touch i appreciated was that the staff was attuned to getting my car in and me out in the clean loaner in a professional (love the guys are dressed so well) and efficient manner. another nice touch was the young man who changed the loaner i was getting as we walked towards the car. behind the one i was assigned was a convertible. when i commented on how next time i have to remember to request a convertible, he said no problem, and changed the paperwork so i could take that one right then. More
