The problem was that it had been reserved already for another customer. Noticing that the car had been placed on hold for a longer than normal period, Rob placed a few calls and discovered that the hold had been placed in error. It would have been much easier to dismiss the car as unavailable and steer me toward something else, but I greatly appreciated Rob's persistence in tracking down the facts. I showed up for my appointment at rallye BMW (Gabriel was more than accommodating to fit me in last minute because of my busy schedule )and I was ready to haggle and argue as usual. After about 5 minutes I found myself not even questioning a word he was saying you could just tell he had no agenda besides getting me what I wanted all the while actually making it an enjoyable experience which is something I didn't think was possible while looking for a car. To skip to the end after being very patient with me he found me the exact car that I wanted at a price lower than I thought was possible , I'm really not sure how things could of went any better or smoother there's a reason he's one of rallyes top salesman . You'd be foolish to not atleast sit down with him if your going to rallye BMW. More
