Gabriel took us on a test drive of the X5 and patiently showed us all the features of the car. He then sat down with us to customize the car to our liking. The new X5 arrived sooner than we expected, and we couldn't be happier. From start to finish Gabriel was very patient with us, we were so thrilled with his service that we also recommended him to our neighbor who is also looking for a new BMW. Help Me. I need a car NOW. I ordered a base 228 from a different dealer. After 4 weeks I was told the car wasn't in production yet. They didn't keep me informed. They told me I ordered a base 228 from a different dealer. After 4 weeks I was told the car wasn't in production yet. They didn't keep me informed. They told me I couldn't change to a different car. They told me I had been given a better deal than I should have been given by a guy they fired. These and other discrepancies led me to finally price that car online for $95 per month less. I called and then met with Mitch the next day at Rallye BMW. Within a few minutes he had somehow found a newly released 428 loaner, fully equipped for the same price as the much less equipped 228. Wow! It even had a 75K mile warranty (Mitch knew drive a lot of miles). Two days later I had the car. Mitch even offered to pick me up 12 miles away. Another salesman asked what I thought about the car when I test drove it. I said I hadn't even seen it! I knew Mitch had the Answers for me. Dillon did a terrific job explaining all the hardware and offered follow-up anytime. Rallye offers classes for owners who want additional instruction on the operation of their cars. Mitch called a few days later to check that everything is OK (like I do for my patients after surgery). Terence is the "genius" guy to talk to about all things BMW: engine, tires, etc. He even gave me a tour of his car. David and Bill in Parts are both very informative. Kareem keeps things running smoothly. Wally found the bottom line that fit my budge. More

What I found was the exact opposite. It seemed that the great service and communication I received on the prior purchase was trumped this time. Several follow up calls, some on his day off, attempting to locate the exact car we were looking for. Follow up calls after delivery only added to his already stellar sales work. Robert is not only professional, he actually cares and it shows in his work ethic. Great buying experience would recommend highly. More

He also provided excellent insight and gave great advice on various options we might be interested in adding to our new car. This was my first step into the world of luxury vehicles and Gabriel was the right person to be there to answer all my questions. The car is amazing and he did a great job of demonstrating/explaining everything to me during the test drive. The entire process was seamless and I'm very happy with my purchase.
