Bad Service Policy I recently purchased a 2014 BMW 750Li from an upstate dealer and wanted to get the car serviced at Rallye. When I tried to make an appointment I was t I recently purchased a 2014 BMW 750Li from an upstate dealer and wanted to get the car serviced at Rallye. When I tried to make an appointment I was told that they would only service cars that were purchased at the dealership. As a loyal BMW driver for many years, I have never been turned away from a service center. It's very disappointing that this dealership would differentiate BMW customers in this fashion. I'll take my present and future business elsewhere! More
