Originally I had gone to BMW in Freeport to look at cars and got some options but that was where their customer service began and ended. So I was directed to Rally from a friend who had recently purchased his car from your location and informed my of Westbury excellent customer service. With this being my very first time buying a car and especially as a female, I was absolutely clueless and of course had 10 million questions. G.Hale was beyond patient, calm and communicated me with me on a consistent basis where I didn't feel I was being put off or aggravating him.
