Outstanding I have given the highest rating possible because I visited all the local dealers of BMW in the area and all except Rallye just treated my inquiries an I have given the highest rating possible because I visited all the local dealers of BMW in the area and all except Rallye just treated my inquiries and interest as just another transaction. Working with Ryan and Tim was very different. Ryan actually took the time to understand what I was looking for and worked hard to find the car. But what set him apart from the other sales people and dealers is that he really worked hard to earn my business. He was genuinely interested in coming to a win-win situation and he worked with me to arrive at a mutually beneficial solution. He is an outstanding sales person - he didn't just say this is the price and this is what I have - Take it or leave it - (some of the other dealers I visited had that attitude). Ryan was genuinely interested in working with me to arrive at a solution - a characteristic I did not see in any other sales person I met at other dealers for BMW or other brands. Tim, the Genius, was very patient with me and spent a lot of time explaining the car features to me. Its been a while since I bought my last car - and a lot has changed in the industry and cars - there was a lot that I did not know. But he also did an outstanding job of familiarizing me with the features and functions of the car. He did not hurry me or was not in a hurry to leave himself - he stayed with me and explained until I was comfortable. Both Ryan and Tim are outstanding and a credit to the Rallye BMW organization.
