I was refunded the remainder of what I was charged, advised to bring my car in to be checked for free and if needed fixed free of charge. I brought my car in and there was not only a recall that caused the light flashing error but something else needed to be fixed. I was given a loaner and when I came back my car was fixed and I am completely satisfied. My car is not making the crazy noises anymore and I'm happy. 4/7/13 More

Being the attentive person that he is, Matt noticed that my inspection was due to expire and he also took care of that. I have an extremely busy schedule and Matt always goes out of his way to accommodate me. He is very customer service oriented and highly knowledgable on the entire BMW line. My car is always returned to me washed and cleaner than the condition that I dropped it off in, and my car is always finished when promised. I have referred many friends and family to Matt and Rallye BMW and all have been equally as pleased. More

Shane Pitta was randomly selected for me as a sales rep at Rallye BMW. While I had previously had an unpleasant experience with one of his coworkers, Shane could not have been more friendly, helpful, court at Rallye BMW. While I had previously had an unpleasant experience with one of his coworkers, Shane could not have been more friendly, helpful, courteous, and most importantly, totally honest and upfront about his expectations and mine. From the beginning he provided me with his cell so I could contact him at any point of the process and he could answer my questions. He was wonderful about follow up emails and making sure we were both on the same page of every step of the process. He remained totally open to my insane searching process (I was after the "dream car") as I looked at a variety of different cars, went shopping at other dealers, almost chose a car from him several times, and in the end (probably more to my dismay than his) I did find the car I was looking for at another dealer. He never pressured me, gave me advice about several models I was considering, and when I let him know I had decided to purchase from another dealer, he could not have been more of a gentleman; congratulating me and asking to see the car sometime in the near future. I have already recommended him to others who are shopping for cars and I fully intend to go to him first the next time I make a purchase. I have never had a more pleasant experience at a dealership.
