I would not consider going anywhere else for a BMW. I was treated with respect and dignity. They helped me find a used M5 and was able to pick it up in a couple of days. I came in with an emergency. My car engine light was on and the car was literally shaking. I drove right to the dealership. This was a Friday at about 3:30. I would expect the service person that helped and the car was literally shaking. I drove right to the dealership. This was a Friday at about 3:30. I would expect the service person that helped would not be too happy. However, Brett greeted me with a smile and set me up with a loaner car. I felt well taken care. Brett Hines kept me updated as to the problem and my car was fixed and ready to go within 2 days. Thank you for such good service. More
I had a consistently occurring problem with my AC producing warm to hot air in lieu of cold air. Unfortunately it was not easily replicated so the service staff could only resolve the issue(s) in a producing warm to hot air in lieu of cold air. Unfortunately it was not easily replicated so the service staff could only resolve the issue(s) in a very methodical, deliberate process. I suppose some of this is due to BMW corporate's reimbursement policies. I think it's finally resolved three trips to Rallye. While I would have preferred a quick "Ah ha! Here's the problem part!" experience, the Rallye team should be complimented for their tenacity and attention to my complaints. Going to Rallye is an 80+ mile round trip but I do it because of the quality of the entire user experience. I just wish BMW would sell a 2011 5 wagon because then I could see how good Rallye sales staff performs. Until that happens I'll be servicing my E61 with Rallye until it breaks. More
I had purchased a 2011 BMW X6 from another dealership, which after 2 months broke down it it took 4 weeks to repair. Rallye took owner ship of the issue as if I had bought the care from them. They made an entirely new car with features and packages I didn't have in the original car all for the same lease price. The staff was so caring they made the ordeal pleasant instead of painful. More

THE WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE EVER! I was serious THE WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE EVER! I was serious buyer at the end of my search ready to purchase. After researching for particular vehicle 328xi o THE WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE EVER! I was serious buyer at the end of my search ready to purchase. After researching for particular vehicle 328xi on internet, I called and confirm the vehicle was available for test drive. Firstly, the address on BMW dealership website lead to an incorrect location. I called the dealership for location, and was told to enter a different address in my navigation system - This information should be on the website or told to people when they call to confirm appointments! When I arrived, there were 4 people sitting behind the counter. I was told to wait in the lounge area as a “Client Advisor” (CA) would be assigned. Minutes later, a CA who had been sitting behind the counter the entire time walks over and tells me to follow him. It felt odd, like I was imposing on his free time. When I provided the CA with the specific model and inventory model as listed on the web, he struggles to find the vehicle on the list – In fact, I had to point it out on his screen! Then he proceeds to tell me that this was not a coupe, but a 4 door (contrary to what was listed on the website). CA tells me not believe anything posted on the website or what people tell you when you call them. After taking note of the cars I wanted to test drive, he goes off to get the keys. I walk out to the 335i. The CA condescendingly tells my girlfriend "Dear, you're going to have to get in the back" - I could tell that she was annoyed but her response was firm and polite. She explained that as this was a test drive, she would prefer to sit in the seat she would normally sit in when riding the vehicle. Begrudgingly, the CA sat in the back, but first, making a big effort to “squeeze” into the back seat. During the test drive, it felt like forced extraction to get any details about the car and any packages associated with it. On returning to the lot ready to test drive the second car, I was told it was too late in the day to test drive. Given this information prior, I would have test drove the cars in opposite order. The CA proceeded to walk off so I walked after him and told him that I wanted to give him some feedback about his service. He proceeded to respond by saying “Don’t believe that they tell you on the phone since they don’t know what they are talking about.” I had spent time driving in from New Jersey in poor weekend traffic with a strong intent to purchase a vehicle, only to receive THE WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE EVER from the 3rd biggest BMW Dealership in the US!
