Very disappointed with customer service they left a scratch on my window and I showed it to the showroom manager and contracted service adviser, they all think I'm lying about it. They told me service manager would get back to me after reviewing the picture I provided them and no one did so far. Very disappoint with their service. More

Amazing Customer Service I purchased my 2010 Acura RDX from Rallye Acura back in October of 2009. Since then, I have been coming to them for Service on the vehicle. The Serv I purchased my 2010 Acura RDX from Rallye Acura back in October of 2009. Since then, I have been coming to them for Service on the vehicle. The Service staff, especially Chad Tammaro, made me feel welcome, important, and not just another number but a valued client. All work done on my vehicle has always been top notch and I have never had an issue with the Service performed. They keep me informed about what is needed, often being honest about when certain items can wait, rather than pushing unnecessary items onto the bill. I have trust in them and feel at ease with what they recommend. An overall great experience each time I visit. More
