We just bought Certified Pre-Owned at Rallye and were very pleased with the experience overall. Negotiations were surprisingly easy (no pressure, no games) and we saved more than $3500 buying there over any where closer to us. And those vehicles near us were older and had more miles. Chris Wuttke was great to deal with. The only issue was getting him to respond to my emails. A couple of inquires were not responded to so I finally just called. He always answered my phone calls promptly. He even drove the car to me a few days later after it was serviced. Overall we are very pleased. More
I had payment for my car wired directly to Ralley Acura's account, once paid (in full, with no haggling over the price), the sales person, Chris Wuttke, did nothing else to process the sale of my car - stati account, once paid (in full, with no haggling over the price), the sales person, Chris Wuttke, did nothing else to process the sale of my car - stating 'the accounting dept didn't realize I wanted my vehicle right away'. It was 3 days later before he managed to fedex the paperwork needed, and it was only after I called repeatedly to complain that he did anything. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who expects decent customer service. More
After using Montclair Acura which was very good to Rallye Acura, I was very disappointed. Terrible service, overbooking, calling late evening, day before scheduled appointment to say they are overbooked, TWI Acura, I was very disappointed. I pay a fortune for these services so I really do not have tolerance for this kind of dealers. I will never put my foot there again. Stay away from these guys. More

Since we were unsure of which vehicle to purchase we found Danny Park to be extremely helpful in explaining the available autos and the specific benefits of the Acura RDX. Jay and Danny are two of the most pleasant and knowledgeable sales people that I've ever encountered in my car buying/leasing experience. Since this was the first Acura vehicle that I considered l knowledgeable sales people that I've ever encountered in my car buying/leasing experience. Since this was the first Acura vehicle that I considered leasing, I had no knowledge of the car. Danny took the time to explain the RDX and without asking, suggested that I take a test drive. I liked it, but he told me not to rush into any kind of decision and to go home and think about it. I did just that. I then went to another Acura where I actually was quoted a cheaper price but then I thought about how thoughtful Danny was. So, I thought, the hell with the cheaper price, I'm going with someone that I seem to able to trust. (Even though I really didn't know him) I went with my gut, and I'm happy I did so. Never has a car leasing experience been so seamless. Danny even arranged for my old car of a different brand to be returned to a nearby competitor. Of course, Danny couldn't be as good as he is without a great boss like Jay, who is the GM, behind him. All in all, a great car leasing experience. I highly recommend Rallye to anyone considering an Acura. More

He is polite, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He can get very informative during test drives, and you can test drive both engine versions to a model. He was kind enough to pick me up at the bus stop after a blizzard, since I couldn’t get a ride to pick up my new car. This is my second time leasing an Acura at the Rallye dealership in Roslyn, New York. My new TSX V6 looks nice outside the window. I am impressed with the quality, workmanship and styling of this car. Acura has done a great job. In today’s competitive business environment the qualities that Mr. Wilson has are definitely an asset to the company. It feels reassuring to have a company representative who I feel will look out for me. I recommend Mr. Dick Wilson in sales, the service and parts dept., and Rallye dealership. It was my husband's and Ifirst trip to the Acura Dealer in Roslyn. Immediately, upon arrival we could see this dealership was run like a well oiled machine. She also told us to help ourselves to bagels! Nice touch. Anyway, after waiting a few mins. we were informed that the internet sales contact Chris was running behind. So we opted to look around in the pre-certified area of the lot. A short time later Chris came out to make his apologies for having us wait. He told us to let him know which models we were interested in and he'd have someone arrange a test drive. Since Chris was still stuck finalizing his prior deal he turned us over to his associate, Danny Park. Danny is one hell of a funny guy. He had us laughing the whole time. We felt like we knew him for years. Also, he was just soo incredibly efficient in expediting our deal. This was important since my husband and I had spent almost 5 hours at the Garden City Mazda dealership the last time we bought with them. I was ready to pull out my hair. Ralleye Acura was thankfully the complete opposite. We arrived at 3...taken at 3:30...out by 5:30...and that included test drive, negotiating trade-in/price, and financing...it was just amazing.
