Had an awesome experience as usual at the Rallye Acura service department. My 2009 TSX had failed to start on several different occasions. I brought the car in on Thursday morning and was in a rush to service department. My 2009 TSX had failed to start on several different occasions. I brought the car in on Thursday morning and was in a rush to get to work in NYC. Chad Tammaro as usual was professional and extremely courteous. He provided a loaner so I could get to work on time. He diagnosed the issue correctly and informed me the new battery was covered under the warranty. I would NEVER take my car anywhere else to be serviced. Chad is the reason I bring my car to be serviced at Rallye Acura. I live in Wantagh and literally have an Acura dealership a 1/2 mile from my house. I choose to drive 20 minutes to Rallye Acura in Roslyn because they always do a great job. Great job as always! More

Chad along with the service manager and another service Rep by the name of Mr. Moon provided the utmost quality service in regards to my stopping in to address an issue I was having with the Bluetooth Syst Rep by the name of Mr. Moon provided the utmost quality service in regards to my stopping in to address an issue I was having with the Bluetooth System in my car. Needless to say they did not let me leave until my issue was identified and rectified. They also gave me a 1-800 phone number to call for future reference in regards to trouble shooting issues related to my car's Bluetooth System....Overall, as usual, I had an extraordinary customer experience with Rallye Acura in which I was completely satisfied! Chad Tammaro turned my very stressful flat tire experience into something pleasurable. He welcomed us to Rallye Acura even though I was from Florida. Having an Acura TL with a purchased tire prog experience into something pleasurable. He welcomed us to Rallye Acura even though I was from Florida. Having an Acura TL with a purchased tire program really paid off. Chad ordered me a new tire and within 24 hours I was back on the road. He also provided me with a loaner car so I could have lunch because we were stuck on the road for over five hours. I cannot praise Chad enough for his professionalism helpfulness, and efficiency. I felt as if I had purchased my car directly from Rallye Acura--there was no difficulty because I was from another state. Rarely have I received such terrific service from a car dealership. I recently purchased a 2005 Acura Tl from Rallye Acura.It was actually the last dealership I visited. I didnt think id be able to afford a car from rallye,believing they only deal with high end luxury vehicl was actually the last dealership I visited. I didnt think id be able to afford a car from rallye,believing they only deal with high end luxury vehicles that would probably be way out of my price range.even with used cars.I then meet sales rep Kristen Conte.I gave her a price range I was looking to spend and what type of vehicle I was interested she.Kristen was extremly pleasant,informative,and professional.She found an awsome car in my price range,worked with me a bit on the price,offered a great warranty at a great price which i did purchase,along with the car.There wasnt any stress in purchasing this car at all.I look forward to purchasing another vehicle fron rallye when the time comes,and I will recommend Kristen Conte and Rallye to all my freinds and family.Purchasing a used or new car should always be this pleasant. I've purchased 5 cars throughout the years, the last 2 cars were from Rallye Acura. Kristen Conte was the employee that sold me my current 2011 Acura TL. I couldn't of asked for a better salesperson to help me through the process of picking the right car. Kristen went above and beyond to get me into this car. It was as soon as possible and at the price I wanted to spend when first walking into the dealership! After making my final decision on the 2011 TL she was nice enough to later mention that I had different options that would benefit me in the payment process and make it a lot easier all together!! I always take my time and do my research when it comes to finding the right car. After visiting several dealerships and sitting down with many different employees I knew right after meeting Kristen at Rallye that she was a very Honest, hard working, and Genuine person. She made me feel very comfortable as if I was talking with a close friend about this car. Also when sitting with the sales manager, filling out the final paper work; as well I felt he was a very honest and trustworthy person. As someone that also works in sales, I can definitely say that I've never been helped through a big step like this from anyone like the way i was helped by Kristen and the rest of the crew there!
