Rallye Acura

Had an awesome experience as usual at the Rallye Acura service department. My 2009 TSX had failed to start on several different occasions. I brought the car in on Thursday morning and was in a rush to service department. My 2009 TSX had failed to start on several different occasions. I brought the car in on Thursday morning and was in a rush to get to work in NYC. Chad Tammaro as usual was professional and extremely courteous. He provided a loaner so I could get to work on time. He diagnosed the issue correctly and informed me the new battery was covered under the warranty. I would NEVER take my car anywhere else to be serviced. Chad is the reason I bring my car to be serviced at Rallye Acura. I live in Wantagh and literally have an Acura dealership a 1/2 mile from my house. I choose to drive 20 minutes to Rallye Acura in Roslyn because they always do a great job. Great job as always! More

Chad Tammaro turned my very stressful flat tire experience into something pleasurable. He welcomed us to Rallye Acura even though I was from Florida. I recently purchased a 2005 Acura Tl from Rallye Acura.It was actually the last dealership I visited. I didnt think id be able to afford a car from rallye,believing they only deal with high end luxury vehicl was actually the last dealership I visited.
