The General Manger (Jay), was a pleasure to deal with as we were talking financials and structuring the deal where it would work in my best interest. After discussing what my needs were, both Jay and Kristen handed me a deal that would help me in the long run and get into the car that I wanted. Delivery of the car was flawless, as Sam Gadkar (BM) walked me through the process and put all my paperwork in order. This was a visit for a tire patch or replacement due to a nail. I was pleasantly surprised when Moon advised me the tire could be patched, saving me hundreds of dollars. Rob, in particular, went out of his way to ensure I had a great experience, even coming in on his day off (the day before Thanksgiving mind you) to ensure everything was to my satisfaction and the deal was finalized. This was my second purchase from Rallye and both times I have had a very good experience. More
