Chad Tammaro is customer service driven and an ultimate professional. He geuinely cares about his customers and goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. He called me back after normal hours, rather than wait until the next business day and when I explained the situation to him over the phone, he knew what the problem was and how to fix it. He immediately arranged for me to bring the car in the next day for repair. Great example of caring for your customers. More
This is my first experience with Rallye,I just moved into the area and being an Acura customer for over 20 years, I would recommend the Service Department to anybody who has an Acura. Had a great experience in leasing my new TSX. There were no "games" that you often see at other dealers. I was given a price and I asked if they could do better- and they did! As always when I make an appointment I am not kept waiting. Chris pointed out on this visit that my inspection was overdue(saving me a possible ticket).After my car was brought into the shop he also p waiting.
