Rallye Acura is what every dealership should be. We went in just browsing. No one was pushy and they gave us a great deal from the beginning and were still willing to work with us. He wasn't pushy he went through every option to give us a rate we were comfortable with. Also i liked that he wasnt trying to rush us into making a deal and walking out with a car the same day. We also met with Joe Filardo and Jay Rosenthal. They were very nice and easy going. All the paper work and insurance was all done and ready for us when we got there to pick up the car. Everything was relaxed and wasn't annoying. Can't wait to go back and get another car. More
Price: I feel that an electrical diagnosis fee should be included with work done. Only extra fee if you choose not to do the work. $130.00. Rallye Acura is possibly one of the easiest dealer to work with. I walked in without an appointment at 8:00 pm and asked the front desk to see sales consultant who was available at the time. Sharika walked out and greeted me professionally and with a very polite smile (I learnt it later that she was working that day since 9:00 am). We sat down and I told her I was there to buy an MDX if they are willing to give me what I know to be a fair deal for both side. I had already done my homework (online and with other dealers) in terms of the price of new car and my trade-in. She wrote down my numbers and went to her sale manager to double check what she could do. She came back and said I was $500 off on the new vehicle but she could increase up my trade value to offset that. Long story short, we shook hand and the deal was done. More

Everyone at the dealership places their customers first, from the sales staff to the service staff. Appointments are kept on time; estimates for service time and price are accurate; everyone is polite, without hovering over you. It is an absolute pleasure to deal with Rallye Acura because its way of dealing with customers defines the meaning of "service." More
