This is my second lease with Ralleye. I found Chris Bello to be extremely patient with me and never tried to waste my time. The service department is extremely easy to deal with as well. My experience at Rallye Acura was terrific. I browsed the website which was very user-friendly and found exactly what I wanted. I had been to another local dealer and just didn't "click" with the sales the website which was very user-friendly and found exactly what I wanted. I had been to another local dealer and just didn't "click" with the sales person. After emailing an inquiry I was contacted by Kristen Conte within the hour. We agreed on price and she walked me through different options on the phone. She was courteous and professional and never aggressive. I enjoyed the way that she made this extremely simple and straightforward. Thereafter I met with Sam Gadkar, who was equally courteous and professional. Even when I learned (in his presence) that my credit was not as stellar as I had expected, he was extremely helpful and found a way to make things work out beautifully. He was responsive and exceedingly accomodating. Picking up the car was likewise incredibly streamlined- the whole process took about 35 minutes and some of that was just chatting with these incredibly lovely people. I met the General Manager, also lovely and clearly someone who sets a tone of friendly professionalism. This was all in all an excellent experience and I highly recommend this group to anyone!!!! Could I have gotten a little lower sales price elsewhere? Maybe, but you can't easily put a value on trust, courtesy, vehicle selection, knowledge & client experience. Those factors convinced me to make the deal with Rallye, knowing that I would be happy with everything once the transaction was made. Too, I was referred to Rallye and heard nothing but good things about this dealership over the last 5 years of that owner's experience with Rallye. Joe Filardo, the finance manager, was also very polite, knowledgeable and thorough, and he and Chris went the extra mile in making my transition getting out of my previous lease and dealing with my car insurance company as smooth and easy as possible. At delivery, Chris took the time to show me all the bells and whistles, set up the car to my liking and made sure my car was in tip-top shape before I took delivery of it. In addition, the dealership is kept in great condition and the waiting area and available refreshments made any waiting time bearable. Overall, I have no qualms about my experience at/with Rallye Acure and I expect the next several years of my relationship with them will bear that out. I can honestly say that I have not had a more favorable opinion of a dealership in the last couple of decades since I started buying vehicles. Rallye Acura is fantastic! More

Jeri saw me waiting for service and knew it was the first service on my 201 customer service is beyond great, people are friendly and always helpful. Jeri saw me waiting for service and knew it was the first service on my 2011 MDX, she tapped me on the shoulder and said "Tell them the 1st service is on me!". Wow what a surprise! Thanks. i came looking for a new car for my son who is away at college. not only did jay and danny take care of my expiring Honda lease they set my son up with a brand new TSX. They could have easily turned me away as the deal was complex but they took the time and effort and treated the situation as it was their own child involved.. these guys are truly all stars in the business and i will gladly refer others to their dealership.
