Wait times are generally brief and comfortable in the showroom, which has amenities such as wireless internet access and coffee and snacks. For longer services, excellent loaner cars are available. I would say that this dealer's outstanding service is one reason that I would highly recommend an Acura to any new car buyer. It is certainly one factor in my decision-making regarding my own new car purchases. More

Mark's knowledge of each and every car in your showroom is quite impressive, and he was able to answer every question I had. When I came to pick up my TRX (which was ready IMMEDIATELY), Mark gave me an extensive lesson on how to operate all of the "bells and whistles" it contained. Once again, Mark truly impressed me because he was so patiently kind while teaching me! Mark also made sure to let me know that I was free to call upon him at any time if I had any questions, or if I needed him to teach me anything more about my car. Suffice it to say that Mark truly has mastered his trade, and I am extremely fortunate that our paths have crossed. BRAVO to RALLYE ACURA for hiring such a fine young man!!!!! Another lovely young man is your Finance Manager, Joe Filardo. My experience with him was extremely pleasant as well. Joe followed-up with me to ask if I needed anything further from him. When I walked into Raylle Accura and my salesman was Chris Bello. Fom the first second I met him I knew his personal touch in helping select my MDX was a done deal. I had been to several Acura dealerships on Long Island and nothing compared to his warmth, patience and overall knowledge of the car. To make this point even clearer I came to the dealership 3 times to drive the car before purchasing. Chris always had a smile on his face and said to me "The MDX sells it self". Yes although the car is a legendary automobile his, patience and NON PRESSURE ATTITUDE like most car salesman have been trained to IMMEDIATELY close the sale was the drawing factor that made me purchase the car at Rallye. Have gave me time to think and reflect about making a high end purchase as the MDX. Plus the intense training in how all the complex electronics work in the car after I purchased was "Cream of the Crop" in one on one training. Chris had the patience of a saint in teaching me how all the car worked before I drove it home;. Chris in the main reason I purchased my car at Rallye. Jim Green More
I bought my Honda Pilot (seems like a trade in they had) on Tuesday, 22nd May, 2012. I have to tell that my experience was VERY good and everything was encouraging. I had my interactions with James L and he on Tuesday, 22nd May, 2012. I have to tell that my experience was VERY good and everything was encouraging. I had my interactions with James L and he was extremely patient in explaining everything, even though he was very adamant on the pricing, he did help me out. He did follow up and without pressuring me for his sales, he captured my confidence. He answered my questions patiently (even though I asked him couple of times as I was not getting the response I was looking for, and tried to piss him off :-). When I visited their lot to take a look at the vehicle, Chris W assisted us. He just as good as James L where he was very patient and shown us the vehicle atleast 3 times as we had different questions and we had to see the vehicle multiple times. I am not sure, but it was totally a different experience I had with a dealer. I felt them very genuine and helping to make sure their customers are happy (may be bcoz I offered more than what they were expecting as the final price :-). But anywayz, it was a great experience, I would definitely recommend them as well as go to them for any of my vehicle requirements in future or for my friends, as long as they have what we are looking for. Inshort they are a very positive dealer and you should visit them, atleast James L and Chris W (may be I was lucky as they dealt with these 2 guys). I will provide another review after a few months just after really experiencing what I bought from them (just to ensure that I was provided with one of their best vehicles and I was not tricked :-). By far the best Acura Dealership i have gotten my car serviced at. I walked in for a oil change without any notice or appt. Was done in under 45min.
