Truthfully, I try to avoid dealer service because of experiences I have had in the past (not from Rallye Acura). However, when a warrantee problem occurred, my local service station told me I had to go experiences I have had in the past (not from Rallye Acura). However, when a warrantee problem occurred, my local service station told me I had to go to the dealer. Fearfully, I headed to Rallye Acura for the first time. Well, it certainly won't be my last time. I have never had such a lovely experience. Melissa Kennedy told me that they had to order a part and made me an appointment for a few days later. When I arrived, I was treated with warmth and consideration. I was told that it would take about an hour and I waited in a lovely state-of-the-art waiting room. I couldn't have been more comfortable. It was extremely clean and inviting. Melissa knew that I had to pick up my grandchildren in 2 hours and she made sure that my car was ready in one hour. She even threw in a complimentary car wash. I love my RDX and it hardly ever has a problem so I probably won't be returning anytime soon, but, when I do, it will no longer be with fear. You have cured me of my dealer service phobia. I have purchased many new cars in my adult life, the first in 1966 (a VW) for around $1,700 as I recall. Just a very few have were truly delightful and my recently concluded experience with Rallye Acura was just that. My salesperson was Kristen Conte whom my wife and I came to love. I give her an A+ for friendliness, honesty and sincerity. She is also very knowledgeable about the product and was helpful with decisions that had to be made. What was really nice - no pressure and no sense that I'd been manipulated and ultimately, taken to the cleaners. Lenny Proce, who assisted Kristen with some paperwork, was a delight. Sam Gadkar, the business manager, was fantastic. This is usually the person who wants to sell you super-duper 500-year rust protection and the like. Nothing like that. In conclusion, my experience with Rallye Acura was wonderful - best ever. More
Having just had throat surgery, I was in a lot of pain and didnt want to go to the dealership to deal with a recall. They take pride in how they sell and service cars and I wouldn't consider another Acura dealership. More
