Mr. Mark Ma made sure that the process of leasing a new MDX was as seamless and painless as I expected it to be after transitioning from an original vehicle which convinced me that both Acura and Rallye are a perfect fit for my needs. I very much appreciated Mr. Ma's approach which from the moment of introduction was substantiated by factual data rather than gimmicks. In other words, not once was I left in the dark wondering whether a deal could be facilitated within the specified requirements. I can honestly say that Mr. Ma was a major factor behind my decision not only to stay with Rallye, but also to switch to an entirely different set of wheels. As my very first SUV, MDX has proven to be everything Mr. Ma said it would be. It has been a privilege and an utmost pleasure doing business with Rallye and Mr. Ma in particular. Only disappointment was that I was told my car was vaccumed,washed and waxed after being serviced and it definitely was not vacuumed, was poorly washed and did not look waxed as there were several dir vaccumed,washed and waxed after being serviced and it definitely was not vacuumed, was poorly washed and did not look waxed as there were several dirt marks still on the exterior of the car that would have been removed by either washing or waxing. I had previously purchased two Acuras from a different local dealer....this time around I decided to try Rallye and I am so very pleased that I did! Kristen Conte immediately quoted me a price for my new local dealer....this time around I decided to try Rallye and I am so very pleased that I did! Kristen Conte immediately quoted me a price for my new TSX that was very fair and competitive which meant I was able to totally bypass the negotiation process - Woohoo!! She helped me select a color as I was very undecided about that and I am extremely happy with my choice, just as she promised me I would be. Kristen has a very pleasant personality which simply made the whole process a delight! Joe Filardo made the financing procedure so easy and painless that I couldn't believe I was actually done when I left his desk!! He is a gentleman as well. Chad is always a pleasure to work with. He is friendly, remembers your name and discusses your issue. My passenger door wasn't working, had him check it, I was hoping it was a fuse. He said, "hopefully. It remembers your name and discusses your issue. My passenger door wasn't working, had him check it, I was hoping it was a fuse. He said, "hopefully. It may be something bigger, perhaps an actuator." Sure enough, it was a $200+ repair. Chad was knowledgeable and upfront about it. Not happy about paying for a repair (car is out of warranty), but I never felt it was Acura's issue. That's the nature of a 7+ year old vehicle. Chad is always terrific. More
I've been to a lot of dealership and Rallye Acura tops them all. From the customer service, sales person, friendliness and pricing. I wish all sales people are like her very easy to work with, no pressure, very straight forward and most of all she understands people. I would definitely give them two thumbs up. And will refer this dealership to friends and relatives. I'm so glad I passed by this dealership and met Jeri. She's part of th reason why I bought my 2012 MDX. I love Acura ever since, and I love them more when I drove my MDX home. More
Rallye Acura gets a top rating for me because they were able to help me with little notice. I had a unexpected problem with my vehicle in the morning and they were able to take me as soon as i was able to able to help me with little notice. Micheal Denfeld, who i have being doing business with for over 10yrs, was his usually helpful self and was able to quickly identify the issue. He promised and deliver my car in the initial timeframe that was indicated to me with a car wash included. The price was fair which is something that i can consistently say about Rallye Acura. The waiting area is comfortable with any beverage that i may want. I would recommend this dealership and Mike specifically. As a longtime customer they have always treated me fairly which indicated to me that they appreciate my loyal business. More
