I had many questions and concerns and Mr. Proce not only assured me that he will answer all of my concerns, Mr. Proce guided me to leasing a beautiful MDX. I was concerned about my finances and intended on leasing a RDX due to my financial restrictions. Mr. Proce was able to acquire a lease on my MDX, and me trading in my 2002 MDX i was ecstatic that for $17.00 more a month i can drive my favorite vehicle! Financial expert Joe Filardo was able to acquire a loan in my wife's name due to an embarrassing misunderstanding with child support for my children, though my credit is 735, I am contesting this issue right away! My Wife Marilyn and I are the registrants on all of our vehicles. This is not my first new acquisition of a car and I always remove the license plate frame of the dealership I acquired my vehicle from, due to personal beliefs. I will proudly display the Rallye Acura license plate display. Keep up the great work! More

We had a most pleasant and positive experience buying a certified pre-owned at Rallye Acura in late June, 2012. It was a no nonsense experience, ane we would recommend the dealership to our friends. I should mention that we don't ;live all that close to Roslyn, NY. A few days after bringing the car home, we found a very subtle dent in the back of the car. We were not 100% it was even a dent, as we saw it from certain angles. We called, and spoke with Joe Matajy, the Sales Manager. Without even checking the car die to the distance, he invited us to come to the service department to have the dent looked at and fixed! I got there early in the morning, and left by 8:15 with the car fixed. For the 45 minutes or so that I waited, I had a bagel, delicious coffee, used their ipad and watched TV. I am a huge fan of Rally Acura, we are delighted with the car and service. More
I have been a customer of Rallye Acura since 1992 when I purchased my 1992 Legend (still being used in the family - running great - just some body rusting problems). In 2010 I purchased a 2009 RDX. All of my experiences through the years, both in sales and service, have been excellent. I was just in to have my RDX inspected. This is the first time I have ever had my car inspected at Rallye - what a pleasure! As always, I waited in comfort. When I called for an appointment I was given one immediately. When I arrived at my appointment time, Chad took me immediately, told me I would be out in less than an hour, and kept me updated. In approximately 50 minutes, I was told my car was completed, and I left with my handwashed car. All of the staff of Rallye is to be commended for the excellent job they do EVERY day! I set up an appointment for my NYS inspection, and to have my clutch looked at, as it was not grabbing all the time. The Saturday before my scheduled appointment, I was on the LIE and the car lost power have my clutch looked at, as it was not grabbing all the time. The Saturday before my scheduled appointment, I was on the LIE and the car lost power and would not respond when put into 1st or any gear. I had the car towed to the dealer, it was Saturday at 4:45 PM, Chad was there ready to leave for the day, he was so helpful took care of me and even gave me a loaner car. My 2010 TSX has only 11700 miles on it and the clutch was gone. I have been driving manual for at least 40 years, and never had a clutch go on me before. Chad informed me that the clutch was not covered under warranty, but since I had been a customer for so long he was able to look up my history with my previous manual transmission car (which was a 1995 Integra), he managed to get a good portion of the repair covered. He kept me informed all week as to the status of the negotions to limit the cost of the repair. My clutch feels better than it did when I purchased the car new and I am extremely satisfied with the repair and with the attention I received from Chad. More
