Most of the dealers in the city are BS and dishonest, but Rallye Acura surprised me. Anthony Pergollizi was the guy that sold us the MDX. He was so friendly and honest. Patrick Lai was the guy that helps us to get the new car. He was a really nice guy as well. Joe Filardo was the financial guy. He was friendly and never pushed us to buy any accessories and warranty. My buying experience at Rallye Acura was outstanding primarily because of Jeri Billman and the team at Rallye. I originally visted the delaership for my 3rd year service on my 2009 MDX at which time Jer primarily because of Jeri Billman and the team at Rallye. I originally visted the delaership for my 3rd year service on my 2009 MDX at which time Jeri informed me of great deals being offered this month. I purchased my first MDX from Jeri 3 years ago, she knew the options I wanted and presented me with the best deal with a trade in on a new 2012 MDX. Dealing with Jeri is fantastic, it's simple, hassle free and honest. She cares about my requirements and she makes sure the car is preped and delivered perfectly. She is on top of every aspect of the sales and delivery process. She ensures the service dept is providing the best service, simply put she is on top of everything. Although I didn't deal directly with Jay, my sense is that because he is visible on the floor I get the sense that he makes sure evrything is going smoothly, in otherwords he cares. My experience in having my 2009 MDX serviced was always positive and hassle free - Chad Tammaro is wonderful to deal with and like Jeri and Jay he cares and makes sure the car is serviced correctly. In summary, I love buying a car from Jeri and Rallye, I enjoyed the experience so much I wish I could buy a new vehicvle every year from Jeri Billman. I have had about 20 cars since I started driving and Jeri is by far the BEST salesperson I have ever dealth with. When I phoned Rallye Acura to make an appointment to bring in my RDX for service, I expected to have to wait some time for my appointment since my car was basically driveable and my windshield wipers we bring in my RDX for service, I expected to have to wait some time for my appointment since my car was basically driveable and my windshield wipers were just not working properly. Imagine my surprise to learn that I could get an appointment for the next day and that they would be happy to provide me with a free loaner car for use while my car was in the shop. Both on the phone and when I came in for my service, I was treated like a V.I.P. From the moment I entered the parking lot, people went out of their way to help me. Melissa Kennedy was the person I worked with directly and she was wonderful. She called me to keep me posted on the status of my car and explained that I would need to give them another day since they had to order some parts. Of course, since my loaner car was great (still had the new car smell), I really didn't mind. When the time came to pick up my car, I expected to have to wait a little. Wrong again! I was in and out of the dealership in under five minutes. Rallye Acura is the best-run, most efficient dealership I have ever encountered. Thanks a lot! More

It was a breath fresh air to deal with a group of guys that made me feel relaxed and confident . I was in great hands. I did'nt think that a dealer like this still existed. This is not my first lease at Rallye. This is the second time that I leased a car with Sharika as the salesperson. Service prices at Rallye are not the cheapest, but there is none better when it comes to quality of work done and customer service. I have been to other Acura dealerships for service, and Rallye is by far, is none better when it comes to quality of work done and customer service. I have been to other Acura dealerships for service, and Rallye is by far, the most pleasant experience. I have shopped around to get the best price, but firmly believe that you really do get what you pay for. I just had a major service performed at Rallye on my 10-year old Acura, and I cannot believe the difference in how great it drives. You can certainly find other Acura dealers that will do the work for less money, but I have found it better in the long run to have the work done by a more knowledgable group of technicians and customer service staff. Oh, and one more thing, Chad is awesome!! You would be wise to ask for him personally. Be nice to him, he will take GREAT care of you!! More
