I've been servicing my TL there for two years. I'm very pleased with the service. I feel very comfortable with Chad. He is calm, friendly and informative. He is definitely an asset to Rallye Acura. I have been going to Rallye Acura for five years. I I have been going to Rallye Acura for five years. I leased my first Acura from them. I am on my 2nd Acura now (leased from another dealer), regardl I have been going to Rallye Acura for five years. I leased my first Acura from them. I am on my 2nd Acura now (leased from another dealer), regardless i will always use Rallye Acura service. Overall, They have always been: great to me. Acura's are great cars so other than oil changes and an occaisional fuse or light needing to be changed, I'm not there too much (so that's a good thing).. Hopefully they give me a "great deal" on my next lease...but if they don't..and i have an Acura..i will always go there. Chad Tammaro has been my primary service representative. He always does all he can to make my experience a good one. I've had a number of other cars from different dealerships local and national. I can honestly say that i enjoy my visits to this Acura Dealership. More

First off , I could not say enough about the service I received.It was a real pleasure to deal with the staff at Rally Acura ,especially Anthony as the sales person and Joe F as the finance man. When I first came in I was expecting the pressure sale as associated with a lot of the other dealerships,there was none of this.Just a real friendly atmosphere. I couldn't have had a better experience .Quite frankly ,I was just about to commit to buying my car at a different dealer when Anthony went out of his way to show my wife and I a car that was all the way in Bayville - that was the closer ! Thanks Anthony for going the extra mile. As for Joe F , he made me feel real comfortable .He explained all my options and helped me make some good choices. Great job - thanks. I had leased my 2012 Acura TL from Jeri Billman this past March. She was wonderful to deal with and presented a clear, concise, and enticing offer. Although I wasn't really ready to get a new car, she did March. She was wonderful to deal with and presented a clear, concise, and enticing offer. Although I wasn't really ready to get a new car, she did a great job convincing me that I should trade in my 2009 for the new 2012 TL. I have not regretted that decision at all and I am very pleased with my new car and the tech package that I really wanted. Jeri made leasing a new car very easy for me and for that I truly appreciate her sales expertise and support. I brought my TL in for service on Sept. 27th, and was treated very courteously by Keeyoung Moon, the service advisor. As I was in a hurry to get to work, he did his best to rush the process for me and I was in and out of the service department in 45 minutes. The car wash was also a great bonus. All in all, my experience with Rallye Acura has been excellent. More
