Was there Fri Nov 9 for 2pm service. Melissa was friendly and efficient and my car was ready right on time as promised. Yesterday was my first service visit for my Acura TL. I arrived in the driveway, was greeted by a friendly young man who opened the door to the service department. I signed in and spoke with Keeyoung Moon, a cheerful professional, who discussed the power steering with me. Knowledgeable as well as pleasant, he assured me my car would be serviced shortly and asked if I had time for a car wash. I said yes and waited in the reception area , appointed with tv, Ipads, coffee and bagels. All in all, a perfect way to have my car serviced. Regards, Angela Governale More

The dealership itself is clean and well-lit to display the vehicles in the showroom. Plenty of refreshment and snacks for customers near the service area. James introduced himself shortly after our arrival. Very professional and he took plenty of time to ensure our needs are met (I think we entered the dealership right before closing). It took less than an hour (test drive, customize our options, and calculate the price) for us to make a decision. We are impressed by the professionalism of the staff. Two thumbs way up. Will definitely bring friends when they are ready to purchase an Acura. Cheers! More

Once they sell you a car, they will NOT know you. I bought a car from them and i called my sales rep for a mechanical problem and he said he can't help me as it was a service related issue; he even did bought a car from them and i called my sales rep for a mechanical problem and he said he can't help me as it was a service related issue; he even did not care to transfer my call to services dept instead he said call service dept and then bye More
