I have worked with Chad Tammaro since I have purchased my TL back in 2008. I've been a customer of Rallye Acura for over 12 years. This is the first review I've posted on-line. I own a 2005RL that was brought in for service for a variety of items including a timing belt change ( This is the first review I've posted on-line. I own a 2005RL that was brought in for service for a variety of items including a timing belt change (over 100,000 miles) that was recommmended by Michael Denfeld after he listened very carefully to a few of the "noise" issues I had described to him. He was very intuitive as to the cause and effect of these issues and confirmed a number of items that needed to be addressed after a review by the mechanics. He was able to confer to me in plain english what the techical issues were involved with these repairs. Enza was also very helpful in scheduling the appointment with a very covenient and urgent sense of timing, along with the follow-up on exit. I've also worked with Chad on many ocassions and he has also provided me with excellent information and follow-up for maintainence/repairs on my RL and my wife's 2001 CLS. In all cases both Chad and Michael were also very sensitive to the cost factors involved in these repairs over the years and made their best effort to accommodate me with very reasonable charges. I have owned Acuras since 1987. I bought my current RL from Rallye and have been satisfied in all respects. However, it is the service that binds me to Rallye. In this regard, Chad Tammaro, my Service Adv from Rallye and have been satisfied in all respects. However, it is the service that binds me to Rallye. In this regard, Chad Tammaro, my Service Advisor, the "face" of Rallye Acura fulfills my expectations. In particular, Chad's knowledge and experience with Acura products help to translate my sometimes vague descriptions of the problem into actionable service requests. I would also like to express my appreciation for Enza's initiative and follow up. Together, they provide a comfort level that is important to me and helps distinguish Rallye from other dealers. More
I have been going to Rallye Acura for servicing of my Acura for over 4 years with Chad Tammaro being my main service advisor. While everyone that I've interacted with at Rallye Acura has been very pleasant to work with, I feel that Chad consistently goes above and beyond, always very thorough with the service checks, letting me know when it's time for a tune up but never overbearing, so I never walk out of there feeling like I've been pressured into spending money on something I don't want. I have over 100,000mi on my car and I'm still bringing it to Rallye for servicing, I think that says a lot about trusting your service department. More

I found Lenny to be extremely knowledgeable about the features of the TL, which were very important to me. Lenny offered very competitive pricing and financing, and never put any pressure on me. I was very disappointed w/ this dealership especially since I did my research and found so many good reviews for them online. I received an internet quote from their very nice and polite internet sales since I did my research and found so many good reviews for them online. I received an internet quote from their very nice and polite internet sales person so decided setup an appt and drive in the next day as the pricing was very aggressive and looked to be a great deal. So I thought! There I was, baby in tow, iPad, calculator and printouts (I've done my homework and not new to leasing). Everyone was polite, smiled and eager to help. One Gentleman approached me (not listed), introduced himself and quickly got me setup w/ Anthony Pergollizi. Once I presented Anthony w/ the internet quote, he looked puzzled. He kept saying he didn't know how I got those numbers or "your numbers" and I told him these numbers were given to me and that they are his numbers as in the dealers'. A few back and forth trips to the Finance Manager and I can tell this wasn't going in my favor. Granted, I didn't see the fine print that stated the lease deal was for 7500 miles instead of 10,000 but I specifically sent for a quote on 10k so I didn't understand why I would be quoted anything other than that! Bait and switch?? I don't know... I knew it was bad when he started writing numbers down on a piece of paper like $850 for destination fee when I told him that fee was already included in the MSRP. Then a bank fee that I know for sure he wrote $595 but quickly folded the paper in front of me and said "yes the bank fee is ANOTHER $850". On his next trip to the Finance dept, he made the mistake of leaving the folded paper on the desk so I took a look and he indeed wrote $595! Dishonest?! Perhaps! Then he kept trying to get me to get into a color and year I wasn't in the market for. Even after I chalked up the internet deal, I presented Anthony w/ a more realistic deal I received from another dealer which specifically stated 10K miles and ALL the information/numbers needed to calculate a lease payment. He looked at the deal and said "wow, that's a really good deal! I'd be curious to know if you can actually get it!". Then said sorry we can't help you and proceeded to walk away to another customer. THAT'S IT! NO TRIP TO THE FINANCE DEPT to see if they would even grant that deal or one close to it. AND NO HANDSHAKE! Which pissed me off even more! Just said sorry and walked off! I've been leasing long enough to know nothing is up to the sales guy and that the finance manager approves or denies ALL deals as all deals go through them! He must've felt intimidated or knew he wouldn't get over on me since I came prepared - knowledgeable on how leasing works and kept asking for information like "what's the money factor you're using" to which his reply was "I don't know, I let those guys deal w/ numbers and decide all that" but later on told me it was 3.048% to which I converted in front of him to .00127 - a real money factor figure! Or just flat out didn't feel the need to help me out! A complete waste of two hours, gas and toll to this dealership! Which is a shame given all the other good reviews and my initial impression. AND to answer his question, YES, I DID GET THAT EXACT DEAL I PRESENTED TO HIM just a few hours later and I am now a proud lessee of a 2013 MDX in the color I wanted w/ an excellent deal! More
Top-notch dealership, would definitely recommend them to a friend in the market for an Acura. I needed to trade my coupe for a sedan for family reasons. I knew I wanted a CPO TL w/SH-AWD & Tech package, and a friend in the market for an Acura. I needed to trade my coupe for a sedan for family reasons. I knew I wanted a CPO TL w/SH-AWD & Tech package, and found two online listings at Rallye to look over. When I arrived, the entire process from start to finish took only 2-1/2 hours. Anthony was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. He was straightforward and his no-pressure approach put me at ease. He gave me a very reasonable deal on my trade-in and purchase price. There was a minor blemish in the body which he immediately addressed and ensured it was fixed good as new. Joe in Financing was also very easy to work with, he wasn't pushy nor did he use those high-pressure tactics finance guys normally use to get you to load up on accessories. All in all Anthony and Joe made it a very comfortable buying experience (my last vehicle purchase was at a Dodge dealership in western Suffolk County, their customer service was awful and I'll never use them again). I love my pre-owned TL and am completely satisfied with my purchase from Rallye. I would definitely give them my business again. Thanks! More
