The Rallye Acura dealership in Roslyn is the best! They are always extremely attentive and willing to check out anything that I ask them to check. As an example, this Monday, I brought my 2007 MDX in for are always extremely attentive and willing to check out anything that I ask them to check. As an example, this Monday, I brought my 2007 MDX in for routine maintenance. I mentioned to Chad Tammaro that there were some very small noises coming from the front-end that were hard to describe or reproduce. Chad was kind enough to send one of the technicians to ride along in case I could possibly reproduce the noise. It took a few minutes, but I was finally able to reproduce the noise - and the technician immediately knew what he had to look at. Other dealerships and other brands would be all too willing to explain it away as the usual noises that SUV's make from time to time. ( believe me, I've had it happen.. ) Enza Comito was also very helpful in following up on the order and making sure the service was top-notch. Not at Rallye Acura - they got to the bottom of it right away and ordered the necessary parts to do the repair - no excuses, no stories.. This is the first Acura I've owned and it's been a rock solid vehicle. Add in no-hassle, top quality service like this and I will definitely be coming back for another Acura when the time comes. I also tell people who are in the market for a car to go with Acura and go to Rallye Acura in Roslyn - you guys are the best. I've also worked with Mike Denfeld in the past and he has been great about making sure I get the best service possible. More

All of the gentlemen were very helpful and responsive to the needs of my family. We lost three cars due to Hurricane Sandy and were able to replace two of them due to the fact they keep a wishlist so they the needs of my family. Greatest dealership I have ever dealt with. I have been a customer for over 9 years; I bought the car from here and take it regularly for maintenance. When my transmission went out this year and I was 8 mont customer for over 9 years; I bought the car from here and take it regularly for maintenance. When my transmission went out this year and I was 8 months pregnant with some health and financial issues, Chad Tamarro got the manager involved and they used money from a fund reserved for longtime customers to finance most of the cost. It only cost me about $1000. That was the most thoughtful and generous thing I ever experienced. This is the type of dealership they are. I trust them all and am always treated extremely well. More
We came in to Acura for routine service. Everything went smoothly, nice waiting area and best of all courteous service by the service advisor, Mr. Moon. He went above and beyond his job requirements.
