We came to Acura after many years of driving Honda Accords. We wanted to upgrade to an Acura. Jabir, our sales person, made us feel very comfortable and was knowledgeable about the Acura vehicles. He eventually gave us a fair price on the Acura TL. We had not bought a new car in many years and we were taken aback when we thought we had a bottom line on the price of the auto. We signed some papers and then we were shown a list of accessories. We felt that these accessories which were an added cost should have been offered to us before the price of the car was given. Having said all this, Jabir has shown to be a highly professional salesman. He answered all our questions and offered to assist us in any way possible. More
I had an old issue with a chirping and growling sound that Rallye was not able to diagnosis because every time I brought the vehicle in, the noise stopped....it usually happened in the winter and in the that Rallye was not able to diagnosis because every time I brought the vehicle in, the noise stopped....it usually happened in the winter and in the past they have replaced belts and tensioners....but that did not resolve the problem...Recently it happened again and this time they heard the problem.....even though I exceeded my exteneded warranty by 2,000 miles, they "good will" the repair with minimal cost to me.....that is what I would call real customer service thanks to Chad Tammaro...... My service visit was regarding a recall on my 2014 Acura MDX for a possible problem with driveshaft bolts not torqued to specs. I called the service department at 8AM Dec. 19 and was given an appointment fo MDX for a possible problem with driveshaft bolts not torqued to specs. I called the service department at 8AM Dec. 19 and was given an appointment for 10 AM that same day. Upon arrival, a valet met me to take my vehicle and I then proceeded to the service desk. I was greeted by Chad Tammaro, with whom I had met several times prior, for other service appointments for other vehicles. The paper work process, including an offer for a car wash, was brief. I was on my way within an hour with the work complete and a clean vehicle. This is my fifth Ralley vehicle and as in the past the service experience was excellent. More
I went to Rallye Acura as my Acura TSX lease was up in 2 months and Rallye was were I had previously leased it. The prior salesman was no longer at Rallye and I was introduced to Joe Schaffir. Within 10-15 minutes we had agreed to a new lease for a 2014 Acura TSX-SE and we handled all the paperwork at that time. I also met with Joe Filardo and he went over the lease details without a hitch. The pickup the next day also went smoothly and I had my new car, even inclement weather notwithstanding. At Rallye Acura Service, you are greeted immediately when you enter the lot, your car is taken by a friendly employee who parks your car and directs you the service department. There are always a sufficient number of service advisors that you never have to wait. Your file is pulled up immediately on the computer and any required service is related to you in addition to any problems you may have. I only service my car at Rallye and, because of the excellent service and preventative maintenance, there are rarely any new problems to report. There is a customer service representative in the immediate area to assist you in any way. Coffee and bagels are always available while waiting. And of course you can move over into the sales area and look at the new models. Your car is immediately brought into the shop for an evaluation and within a short time the service advisor is out with a complete list of all work required and a very accurate estimate of the cost and time required. Once an agreement is made, the service is started. You are always asked if you want to wait or if you want a loaner car. It always turns out that the cost and the time were accurately estimated. Ypur car always gets a car wash. I have so much trust in Rallye that I also buy and get installed any accessories that I need. The most critical are the tires. I get a good price on the tires and I know they will be installed and balanced superbly. In the unlikely event of a problem, Rallye always honors the particular warrantee. Rallye Acura employees I have dealt with represent the company well which always give you the confidence to buy a car at Rallye and get it serviced there. More
We had a warm and efficient treatment when we dropped by last week for a pre-owned MDX. Chris, one of the sales manager, personally helped us despite being busy with other clients. I have leased 3 cars from Rallye Acura in the past 6 years. I have needed warranty service on 2 occasions and was provided a replacement vehicle at no charge in both cases while the repairs were done. T years. The lease prices were very fair and were negotiated quickly and easily. The negotiations were totally transparent with the salesperson showng me exactly how the price was arrived at on her computer and found the best available lease deal for us using alternative leasing companies that were available. On my last lease, I traded in a vehicle and was given an above market price. They are clearly interested in building up relationships that lead to repeat customers and I would definitely recommend them. More
