Turning in my 2015 TLX couldn't have been easier and Jeri made sure to apply my unused mileage in Acura's Rollover Plan. Quite impressed with the improvements Acura has made to the TLX over the 2015 model. While I have never needed anything on my Acuras other than routine maintenance, I wanted to acknowledge the great service Chad provides. Even if I'm only getting my oil changed, I won't deal with anyone else than Chad. Having done business with Rally since 1997, I've gotten to know many of their employees and watched as they deliver the same levels of service and satisfaction to others.
