Fast & efficient service I brought my car in for an A service. I was told that the service would take about an hour and I elected to wait for my car to be completed. Chad help I brought my car in for an A service. I was told that the service would take about an hour and I elected to wait for my car to be completed. Chad helped me out and, since the dealership is currently under construction, he walked me out to the waiting area and showed me different places where I could wait comfortably and do work on my laptop. After about an hour or so, Chad messaged me to tell me that my car was finished and that I could stop by his desk when it was convenient for me. Overall, I had a great experience. Thanks Chad! More

Excellent experience at Rallye Went to Rallye with family with intent to purchase a MDX and was greeted by Danny Park. I was offered a test drive right away. His honest and no pressure attitude was very much appreciated. I laid out the net price I was willing to pay between the new car and trade-in, and Danny was able to offer me comparative terms without much haggling. I signed a sales contract and left a deposit same day. A couple of days later, we had buyers remorse as we realized we prefer the Audi Q7 more, so called Danny to cancel the deal. Surprisingly, Danny did not pressure or give us a hard time at all, and processed the deposit return within 2 days. Excellent customer service by Danny. Would definitely go back to him if I was in the market again for an Acura. Thanks again Danny! More
