Excellent customer service I traveled 2 toll roads and 70 miles, by passing 4 Acura dealerships to purchase my vehicle at Rallye Acura. Rallye is the largest dealership in the n I traveled 2 toll roads and 70 miles, by passing 4 Acura dealerships to purchase my vehicle at Rallye Acura. Rallye is the largest dealership in the northeast, which means due to their large volume of inventory they have more room to negotiate than the smaller dealerships. I purchased my vehicle at an excellent price thanks to Reza Lavaie, who I came to learn gave me his personal cell phone number and answered my questions within minutes on his day off. You can't find that kind of professionalism and dedication to the consumer today. Thank you. More

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to delve right into what was needed for the car. The entire process was smooth and seamless, and I could tell that both Chad and Enza were truly interested in building a long term relationship instead of pushing me towards unneeded items. I had just walked away from a nightmare at a neighboring dealership so I was not ready for what happened at Rallye. Reza was a consummate professional from the minute we were introduced. He was knowledgeable, genuine and attentive. These words aren't often used to describe car salesman. My car buying experience was seamless because he stayed in touch, explained everything and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Reza managed to singlehandedly renew my faith in car salesman. When I went to pickup the car Anthony had all of the paper work ready for me to sign,he answered all of my questions, introduced me to the service manager and then took the time to teach me about my new car. Anthony said I can call him if I had any questions but he was so thorough when taught me about the car which left me with me with no reason to call. More
