Their caring professionalism is a breath of fresh air. I have brought my car to Rallye for service nearly every year since we moved to Long Island in 2007. Chad and Enza are always honest, responsive, informative, and straightforward in their assessments and recommendations. Today's service was a simple replacement of a headlight. Yet, no matter whether the job is large or small, they treat me the same way. Although the dealership is undergoing renovations, I hope they never change Chad and Enza! More

Fast & efficient service I brought my car in for an A service. I was told that the service would take about an hour and I elected to wait for my car to be completed. Chad help I brought my car in for an A service. I was told that the service would take about an hour and I elected to wait for my car to be completed. Chad helped me out and, since the dealership is currently under construction, he walked me out to the waiting area and showed me different places where I could wait comfortably and do work on my laptop. After about an hour or so, Chad messaged me to tell me that my car was finished and that I could stop by his desk when it was convenient for me. Overall, I had a great experience. Thanks Chad! More
