The Rolls Royce of Service I have been coming to Rallye Acura for my last 4 Cars. Chad is my service advisor who treats me like a princess. When we were unsure of the color of the car he had one brought in for us to look at the next day. Well the next day my son had a stomach virus and he came to our house to show us the car. Service A+. Reza gets an A++. In 2018 we returned to get another RDX and Reza was there just as professional and made such a painless transaction possible. We shopped around, got entirely frustrated with other dealers and realized that the deal Rallye gave us was super competive. 5 stars again, A++ for Reza. Thanks More
Disrespectful and disturbing I visited Rallye Acura in December for new Acura. I met with a very nice sales person who was very helpful and show me all the different options of th I visited Rallye Acura in December for new Acura. I met with a very nice sales person who was very helpful and show me all the different options of the vehicle I was interested in. I was very close to making a deal with them but decided to take some time to think about such a major decision. I thanked my sales person for their help and stayed in the showroom and walked around a vehicle to help with my big decision. This car was very close to the general manager Joe’s office, and he could not see me but his door was open and I heard him talking about customers. The things he said about minority people was very disrespectful and disturbing, I listened to his conversation with another sales person and I was shocked to hear what he said about People of Asian background. I do not understand how you can work in a company located in an area with such high number of immigrants and behave like this man. I expected more from a high end dealership from Rallye. I did not buy the car from them. I went to another brand where they respect the clients and manager came out to shake my hand and show me respect and thankful for my business. More

Excellent Service from Rallye Acura Service Dept Went for Service for a constant air leak for driver side rear tire and was fixed under warranty, had a Hyper Flash issue and was fixed Promptly . Norman Ryder and Enza took care of me when I was there. Would also recommend Danny Park for your Sale needs, he was very helpful when I was shopping for best price for a 2017 MDX but as in real life, Spouse went with a dealer she liked but will be bringing the MDX for Warranty and Maintenance to Rallye. Thumbs up to all three! More

Why even make appointments? Called Rallye one morning to inquire about a remote start for the wife’s 2015 MDX. Was told everyone was busy & id get a call back. Waited all day, no Called Rallye one morning to inquire about a remote start for the wife’s 2015 MDX. Was told everyone was busy & id get a call back. Waited all day, no call. So I called back the next morning. Was told the same thing, all the service advisors are busy but I would get a call back. I did get a call back that day, however it was from a secretary for the service advisors. She had no knowledge of the product/price and said she would have Mr. Moon give me a call back. Waited all day, nothing. The third day my wife called and asked to speak to a manager. We were trying to figure out why it was so hard for someone to contact us when we were trying to spend money at RALLYE. Norman took care of the situation and set me up with a 10am appointment for the following Monday. I arrive at the dealership at 9:55am, the valet takes my car, I walk inside and am greeted by Enza. It is now 10am but instead of seeing the advisor I end up waiting 35 minutes. At this point I am fed up and ask to speak to Norman. Norman gets me to Chad Tammaro who was awesome. He was very professional, calm and made the situation 100% better. To be honest I think Chad, Norman and Enza were all great. The problem did not lie with them, instead with the system of taking people in etc. Yes it was a busy day, a rainy day, yes there’s construction going on. At the end of the day none of that matters because that is what appointments are for.... so you don’t have to deal with any of that. My two cents, let the people that don’t have appointments wait, let them get bumped to the back of the line while those who are pressed for time are in and out of the dealership in a timely manner. Again thank you Chad, you are the reason I’ll be coming back for more Sercice. More
