Why even make appointments? Called Rallye one morning to inquire about a remote start for the wife’s 2015 MDX. Was told everyone was busy & id get a call back. So I called back the next morning. Was told the same thing, all the service advisors are busy but I would get a call back. I did get a call back that day, however it was from a secretary for the service advisors. She had no knowledge of the product/price and said she would have Mr. Moon give me a call back. Waited all day, nothing. The third day my wife called and asked to speak to a manager. We were trying to figure out why it was so hard for someone to contact us when we were trying to spend money at RALLYE. Norman took care of the situation and set me up with a 10am appointment for the following Monday. I arrive at the dealership at 9:55am, the valet takes my car, I walk inside and am greeted by Enza. It is now 10am but instead of seeing the advisor I end up waiting 35 minutes. At this point I am fed up and ask to speak to Norman. Norman gets me to Chad Tammaro who was awesome. He was very professional, calm and made the situation 100% better. To be honest I think Chad, Norman and Enza were all great. The problem did not lie with them, instead with the system of taking people in etc. Yes it was a busy day, a rainy day, yes there’s construction going on. At the end of the day none of that matters because that is what appointments are for.... so you don’t have to deal with any of that. My two cents, let the people that don’t have appointments wait, let them get bumped to the back of the line while those who are pressed for time are in and out of the dealership in a timely manner. Again thank you Chad, you are the reason I’ll be coming back for more Sercice. More

Courteous and quick service without inconvenience Called for same day B1 service in early morning and then had to reschedule for a few hours later - all handled expeditiously by phone. I also received a message in my MDX confirming the new appointment time. Drove up to service area and was checked in promptly. Interacted with new service apprentice Tina who was in training by the excellent Joanys Santiago. My MDX was ready in an hour and additional issue with Blind Spot alert was also resolved by replacement of weak car battery at n/c. Everyone was friendly and courteous while keeping things moving. Can't wait when the renovations are complete! More
Matt is great! Came in because my 2017 RDX was having a transmission issue where it appeared to be slipping. Matt had a technician take a drive with me where he experienced the issue and they were able to diagnose the problem as a failed 3rd gear pressure switch. Issue was fixed and I picked up my car the next day. They also gave me a loaner which was great since I needed to get to work. Would definitely come to Rallye again and get my vehicle service done through Matt. More
