Exceptional Service First time going to Rallye Acura for service because I leased through a different dealership. But that is no problem because Chad at Rallye Acura treated me like one of their own. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by him and he quickly wrote me up for a service and had me going on my way in less than 10 minutes. He knew what I needed as soon as I told him about my warning lights and that he would contact me as soon as the car was done. He messaged (via PocketExpert app) and assisted me through the day I picked up my car. I definitely recommend using Rallye Acura for your service needs. More

Excellent experience Danny at Rallye helped me with my Acura tlx. He was super nice and the overall service was fast and easy. I signed the paper work on Saturday and pick Danny at Rallye helped me with my Acura tlx. He was super nice and the overall service was fast and easy. Worst customer service I bought the car from Acura dealership NJ and was told that I can bring the car for servicing anywhere. I called Rallye Acura dealership and spoke to I bought the car from Acura dealership NJ and was told that I can bring the car for servicing anywhere. I called Rallye Acura dealership and spoke to Kerry who was really unhelpful. She was really inconsiderate and keep telling me that my car is not under new warranty but under warranty and she couldn't tell me if my service will be covered or not till they see the car. But in case it is not covered, then they will charge $145 diagnostic fee. It is a certified car in warranty period and I think this is a steal. Why should a customer pay for getting the car checked when they have already paid for extended warranty? More
