Excellent experience - felt "at home" and truly valued Chad Tammaro exceeded all expectations in handling my service appointment for my wife's RDX. He made me feel "at home" and very comfortable, an excellent customer service experience to follow-up Danny Park's initial excellent sales experience, when leasing said vehicle late last year. I had been referred to Danny by my attorney, insisting that I travel to Rallye, bypassing other Acura dealers much nearer my home. I now understand why, as I have been treated as a "friend", although a new client to Rallye. Be assured, I will refer other potential friends and business relationships here. Purchasing/Leasing a vehicle is something most consumers would love to avoid, a necessary "evil", the needed service appointments even more painful, having suffered through these for many years. Both Danny and Chad have made me reevaluate the process, I will hopefully remain a Rallye client for years to come. Thanks to them for "caring" Tony Errera More

I recently purchased a car and after couple of days my wife was uncomfortable given the less than stellar consumer review for Acura MDX. I brought this to attention of my sales rep. He immediately tried to all address all our concerns. He offered plenty of alternatives as well. When we didn’t pursue the deal he happy to refund the deposit. There was no pressure to sell me into something. The sales manager Anthony is very knowledgeable and gem of a person. Although I didn’t purchase the vehicle ; I would love to deal with Rallye Acura. Learning infotainment system in my 2019 RDX Had an appointment with Acura tech advisor ,Adrian, who spent the better part of an hour explaining some of the aspects of the infotainment system tha Had an appointment with Acura tech advisor ,Adrian, who spent the better part of an hour explaining some of the aspects of the infotainment system that I have had difficulties with. Adrian helped me get a better understanding of the navigation system and how to connect and use Apple car play to access Google Maps and Waze which seem a little more user friendly than the system Acura provides in its Tech package. For me there is a steep learning curve to overcome but Adrian's assistance and guidance made a difference so that when he was done I had significantly more confidence in conquering .understanding of how to make use of the navigation tools. More

I’ve been coming here for over a year now, and every time I’m here chad takes a good care of my car. He’s friendly, professional and really knows what he’s doing. Chad really care about his customers. I’m glad I met chad. I used to go to paragon acura for a few years, But I’ve never been satisfied with their service. Was just doing it there because I bought the car there(being ripped off too, long story). Never again paragon. Thank you Chad More
