My car has a history of being serviced at Park Avenue Acura in Maywood, NJ (previous owner). I did research on local Acura dealers in the Tri-State area and Rallye Acura is one of the highest rated dealerships in the area. They aren’t the cheapest in getting things serviced but they will try to work with you. I didn’t mind paying a little more as long it is being taken care of by professionals and with excellent customer service. Rallye Acura did just that! Chad Tammaro does it again! See more of my review below: It was my first time at this dealership after seeing so many great reviews online I decided to take my RDX there for service. They had to take out my factory installed floor carpet which had about 2 gallons soaked of Pine-Sol because it spilled during my drive home from the store. The strong Pine-Sol odor would not go away after about a few weeks of airing the car out and trying a carpet cleaner from Home Depot. I decided to give it to Chad to get the job done. His team replaced my carpet and used an Ozonator to neutralize the strong odor. I could not be more satisfied since this was a big job for them as you need to take the interior components out such as the seats. I was assured that I will be taken care of and I was. A loaner car was given to me in the interim and the work was done in about 4 business days including an A16 routine maintenance. Excellent job Chad! Thanks again! I will continue to recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. More
