I have been working with Chad Tammaro for as long as I have had my Acuras - 3 cars totaling 13 years. Chad is the ultimate professional. He is quick to offer advice on what needs to be done to insure the car remains in great working order. He takes the time necessary for each customer and tries to make sure any potential problems are caught before they show up while driving. More

Five-star rating Had gotten stuck on my way to work on a Saturday morning and contacted Rallye Acura for assistance. I have to say that they were awesome with getting Had gotten stuck on my way to work on a Saturday morning and contacted Rallye Acura for assistance. I have to say that they were awesome with getting me to work and having my vehicle done before my day was over. Norman the service manager was superb with his quick thinking and knowledge. He drove out to me to pick me up and he drove me to work and ensured that my vehicle was taken to their service location. My service advisor, Chad, ensures he kept in contact with me throughout the day and informed me of everything that was necessary to get my vehicle up and running. As for their pricing, I know that anything to do with the electrical system is highly costly, and they blew my mind when they told me how much it was.....so much less than I expected. I know there are time constraints especially on a Saturday with automotive repair shops and Rallye Acura along with their service team were incredibly fast, efficient and on point! Thank you so much for all your assistance. In a scale of 1-5 you blew it off the charts.....thank you once again. More

Great Experience and Will Vergez was Terrific! Will was a pleasure to deal with in every aspect of my leasing experience. We closed the deal quickly over the phone and the car was ready the next da Will was a pleasure to deal with in every aspect of my leasing experience.
