They had a very nice, understanding and patient person work with us - Danny Park. Danny took his time to listen and discuss over the phone what we were looking for and what would suit our needs. He was straight to the point and transparent about the whole process. We met him at the dealership for our scheduled test drive. He was genuine, gave us space and got things done. Smooth and seamless process In for an oil change and state inspection. Also told them that the TPM system had one front tire flashing and then the second front tire flashing. Not sure why it was flashing and not just notifying me that it was low on air pressure. Maybe a bad sensor as per some online videos about the MDX TPM. Was informed just air pressure and that it would it is typical to have tire rotation at that mileage level. Seemed reasonable to ensure proper tire wear. Technician was Not pushy and very informative and helpful. The shuttle to LIRR was very helpful and convenient. More
