Not happy. Came in for routine oil change. Got add'l. charges on my bill that were not listed. Just a lump sum for add'l. parts - what parts? Also brought m Came in for routine oil change. When I came home I drove directly into my garage. When I went out the next morning, I noticed a small pool of oil in my garage where I had parked and also a pool of oil in my driveway where I had initially parked. Not that easy to clean off the oil stains, despite the person to whom I complained telling me it would be. I did take my car back and had some service person tighten whatever had not been tightened and caused the oil to leak out. More
