I bought my car at this dealership, and since that purchase came with a “lifetime” of free oil changes—actually 20-ish free oil changes—I came here for an oil change the other day. While there, I had purchase came with a “lifetime” of free oil changes—actually 20-ish free oil changes—I came here for an oil change the other day. While there, I had them look at a few other things. In short, the service center here is a complete fleecing operation. They tried to charge me $180 to “diagnose” a loose usb port, “about 45-50 minutes of work,” only to tell me it would be an additional $270 to fix, which they couldn’t fix because “the part needed was at least 6 days out”. Then, to add insult to injury, they added a $30 “shop fee” to clean up after their work. Never mind what they wanted to charge me for the other small ticky tacky issues! Needless to say I had nothing fixed here, and will never ever use them or give them one red cent of my money. They are a disgrace that should be investigated by the BBB. Shockingly awful experience, to say the least. Avoid their Service Center at all costs. Their “Culture of Care” is more like a “Culture of xx.” More

I bought a 2016 Pilot, it is the best car. But Honda of Burien has a great service department. Even after my warranty is up they treat me like gold. Very helpful and honest.
