Service Advisor Brittni did a very good job in getting fog lights shipped and installed. The scheduler did not, in spite of my asking multiple times, ensure parts were at the store at the time of my appt fog lights shipped and installed. The scheduler did not, in spite of my asking multiple times, ensure parts were at the store at the time of my appt. Brittni coordinated an overnight shipment, and had parts installed the next day. We did have to reschedule our plans, but Brittni did everything she could to minimize the impact. More
