Honda of Burien’s website advertises a Pick Up and Deliver service. I submitted my information and was expecting a call back to set up an appointment. 3 days went by and no call. Then when I called I Deliver service. I submitted my information and was expecting a call back to set up an appointment. 3 days went by and no call. Then when I called I was told “Oh we’re not offering that service right now because of the pandemic.” But no one ever called me to let me know. I find it strange that they don’t offer the special pick up/deliver service during this time because it seems like that would be the best way to keep their customers safe. Seems they don’t really care about their customers. I made an appointment to drop my car off and I arranged for a ride while they worked on my car. About 2 hrs later I get a call saying my car is almost ready but did I want to have the transmission fluid taken care of. This was not part of the maintenance alert that showed up in my car. I said no thank you. And then continued to wait for the call to tell me that my car was ready for me to pick up. I waited for over a half hour and no call. Finally we drove back to the Honda of Burien and I went in to ask and sure enough my car was ready. When I asked why I didn’t get a call they said oh you got a text. No I did not. When we bought the car the salesperson sold us on the prepaid maintenance plan. Since we have another car (a Toyota) that also has a prepaid plan we decided to go for it for the Honda as well. But it’s a total bate and switch. The salesperson never made it clear that we were only prepaying the oil change and nothing else. They have up charged us for everything else other than the oil. For our Toyota the maintenance plan truly covered everything. We paid nothing for the duration of the plan. We just feel this is a sneaky business tactic. We will not be returning to Honda of Burien. More

Its the worst , horrible customer services from William (Bill) Shipley. Unwelcome , bad attitudes , never listened, no practice social distancing, seem like he didnt like his job.
