Bill was very clear on his explanation to me of the damage, the costs involved, and the time it would take to complete the work. Service was fine. It did take 1.5 hours. Called to make an appointment and was told to just come in. Would rather schedule. We catch a ferry from home that ends up It did take 1.5 hours.
