We would never go back there again. To top it all off, they forgot to take our down-payment. We waited a few days for their call, but no luck. I called them back and let them know and mentioned that the earliest I could come in was on the weekend. I then got nasty text messages saying they would report the car stolen if I did not come in right away. I finally talked to Vonnie in the finance dept, who apologized for thier behavior and worked with me. More

Manager won’t honor the deal the salesperson makes. Via phone and text we confirmed the deal on a CRV. We get there and the deal changed and the price jumped $1500. We ended up having to spend $800 more than agreed upon but it was still a better price than I got from a competitor. More
