Dean Radigan was exceptional with helping me identify the perfect car to replace my Pilot, and was very kind and understanding - and willing to help make it work. It was a seamless experience that dulled the ache of a pretty terrible day, and though it was an unforeseen expense that I wasn't mentally or necessarily financially prepared for, we were able to execute a plan that works for my budget to get me into a safe car quickly and comfortably. Called last monday to get my door handle checked because someone tried to break into my car and the handle was comprised. The female who answered the phone said I would have to wait until Saturday to get it checked because they didn't have a master mechanic that could look at it. Called a different dealer and was told to bring my car in right away. Was given a loaner because my car was comprised due to the door handle and could not be left outside. Had to order a new door handle, my car was fixed by early wed morning. When I arrived to pick up my car it was washed and ready. I will not be taking my car back to Burien for any reason and will not recommend this dealer to anyone. The next time I need to buy a new car I wlll take my business elsewhere. More
