Service Advisor Brittni did a very good job in getting fog lights shipped and installed. The scheduler did not, in spite of my asking multiple times, ensure parts were at the store at the time of my appt fog lights shipped and installed. It was my first time to get a vehicle from a dealership. I reached out team after many months of having made inquiries for a different vehicle. The sales and finance team were excellent. It took 4. 5 hours, passed on to 4 different people as we negotiated, signed paperwork and drove the car off the lot. Copies of paperwork had different info on each copy. We were given another clients paper to sign, cost of the vehicle varied on each paper. It was a horrible experience. We would never go back there again. To top it all off, they forgot to take our down-payment. We waited a few days for their call, but no luck. I called them back and let them know and mentioned that the earliest I could come in was on the weekend. I then got nasty text messages saying they would report the car stolen if I did not come in right away. I finally talked to Vonnie in the finance dept, who apologized for thier behavior and worked with me. More
