He even wrote down all the great Korean restaurants in Federal Way-Auburn while the managers negotiated our prices in the back! He LISTENED to my experience and told me he was determined to make it right for me and restore my confidence in Honda. I really appreciated that and Aiden came through getting us the best deal we had seen and we drove away with a new CRV!
