Crooked dealers. Long story short- they tried putting in a hidden warrenty so they get more money back. Basically I got screwed. They deserve to be taken to court and sued. More

And you know what happened...it wasn't THERE!!!! So I left and came to Burien Honda and had the opposite experience meeting Aiden. Aiden, is a great sales rep to work with. He even wrote down all the great Korean restaurants in Federal Way-Auburn while the managers negotiated our prices in the back! He LISTENED to my experience and told me he was determined to make it right for me and restore my confidence in Honda. He got me a fuel efficient, powerful and Sporty looking 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport. I love it so much and also so much CRAZY technology built inside made my old 2010 Honda Civic look like a dinosaur. I definitely recommend this guy, and talk to him. If you are nice to him he will give you double the excitement. If you are rude to him which i was in the beginning, He made sure my concerns was taken seriously just like it was his problem.
