I was lied to 3 separate times by 3 separate people while trying to negotiate a price on a 2013 Subaru BRZ I was interested in. I'm 21 years old and felt as though they were trying to take advantage of me, as this would have been the first time I financed a car on my own. Terrible experience for a first time buyer to go through, and hope that no one else has to experience this. Have now been to multiple dealerships looking for the right car, and have negotiated on a few (none of which worked out) but not once was I lied to. More

Lease Upgrade Event was a Waste of Time! I have been a loyal Honda customer for over 10 years. I have a year left on my current lease but was solicited by the dealership for their "Lease Upgr I have been a loyal Honda customer for over 10 years. I have a year left on my current lease but was solicited by the dealership for their "Lease Upgrade Event!" I had traded in a lease before and it took time but I got the deal that worked for me and was equitable all around, so I thought I'd give it a shot especially since the sales rep (nice guy) told me after looking up my current lease that I had great equity. I told him up front, I was only looking to get a similar deal or even better since I had "great equity." I was told" I'm confident you'll find your experience with me here to be a "Truly Exceptional" one!" Well, after waiting almost 1.5 hours through the usual car dealer finance routine I was told that I had "negative equity" since I still had 11 months of payments left and that with some other numbers they discussed that I was not going to get a similar deal but that I would be ending up paying almost $125 more a month. All because of the new technology in the car even though I was assured the technology upgrades were a different but not too drastic for the same model except new. So, this was a complete waste of time for a "Lease Upgrade Event." More like least. They didn't even try to work with me as a loyal customer. Definitely, rethinking not getting a Honda for my next car. More
