Avoid if you're someone that does their homework I had a phone call with one person, Quynh, shared what I was looking for and agreed to come in to discuss numbers. When I arrived that Quynh met me an I had a phone call with one person, Quynh, shared what I was looking for and agreed to come in to discuss numbers. When I arrived that Quynh met me and then promptly handed me over to someone else who knew the car better. He was fine for walking through the car and the test drive but things fell apart when it came time to discuss numbers. He made an assumption that I was not ready to do the deal today (I was). He low-balled me on my trade-in and refused to give me the Costco Auto Program price even though I specifically discussed it on the phone and had submitted the online request through Costco. He tried to shift the discussion to monthly payment and keep the outrageous numbers. He then brought in his manager who came up on my trade-in but still refused to give me the Costco Auto Program price. His manager abruptly stood up and said good luck. I must have had good luck. The next day I went to another Honda dealer 10 minutes away and I got exactly what I was looking for on both my trade-in and car price. This place is a waste of time if you have done your homework and know what's reasonable. It's a shame because this dealer was close enough to me that I would have brought my car there for service and as part of the Costco Auto Program, I would buy accessories and parts from them too. More

There is nothing really wrong with this dealer but the culture here has no pizazz, the staff is dull, boring and has no concern at all to please the customer.
