I have posted very low ratings for Rairdon Honda on several sites My low rating has to do with how Rairdon’s handled my (a female’s) request for a test drive. I filled out the online form using my name, my email, and my phone number. My husband's name, phone number, and email was nowhere on the form. What I got was a phone call on my cell from Rairdon’s asking to speak to my husband. To further add insult, I received an email at my personal account from Derek Denny addressed to my husband. Today, I receive an email from the General Manager, Ryan Holmes, at my email addressed to my husband congratulating him on his purchase and seeing if there is ‘anything he can do’. I am the one who purchased the car, not my husband. It would appear that Rairdon’s lives in the 1950’s where a woman is not allowed to purchase a car without her husband’s blessing. I was told this was all due to a ‘software glitch’. That may have been acceptable 20 years ago, and it is no longer an acceptable excuse for such a blatant oversight. SHAME ON RAIRDON’S ........... PS--- Rairdon's responded to my Google review stating it is not sexist as, "... the dealership is owned and managed by several women...."
