Its the worst , horrible customer services from William (Bill) Shipley. Unwelcome , bad attitudes , never listened, no practice social distancing, seem like he didnt like his job. This was my first experience with buying a car on my own, and it was nothing less than excellent at Honda of Burien!! I worked with Brayden on getting into a new HRV. He was approachable, very easy to talk t and it was nothing less than excellent at Honda of Burien!! I worked with Brayden on getting into a new HRV. He made me feel very comfortable through the whole process and did not push me in one direction or the other.
