We purchased the vehicle of our interest (it is what we wanted at a reasonable cost) but the environment is not one to be trusted! We were able to identify at least three mis-truths by the Internet Sales Consultant which also made us wonder if there was some prejudice within the dealership. They pride themselves on 'Culture of Care'; they should probably revisit their statements of care. Honesty and forthrightness must always be #1 More

I cant even say i was impressed on my 2nd going here. I was more than impressed. My guy Alex cane already has that expected excellence. Really thorough on vital information you may need to know. Walked me through every step as the process was unfolding. (Very communicative). He is also very patient with great understanding. i came a bit unprepared and his resilience for having patience for me was outstanding. the showroom is very clean. Everyone is wearing masks and following cdc protocols. open and inviting environment overall especially with the lovely music playing in the background. Rairdon of burien is an excellent place to go. I definitely recommend anyone to go and have a gander and find what may suit you. I upgraded my 2018 crv to a 2021 passport sport and im a very happy customer. Thanks honda for treating me like family. and i hope Alex Cane can stay there. Hes an awesome individual, great personality and good vibes all day. Heard he was maybe leaving.😫 Also in addition helen kahsay in the service dept is a rockstar. always willing to go the extra mile. Very very sweet personality. always wants to make sure your smiling by the end and your happy with any results. Shes definitely an awesome addition or just individual. shes always happy when i see her. Lol. Anyways thanks Honda for accepting me into this great automobile family. Much appreciated. More

Honda of Burien’s website advertises a Pick Up and Deliver service. I submitted my information and was expecting a call back to set up an appointment. 3 days went by and no call. Then when I called I Deliver service. I submitted my information and was expecting a call back to set up an appointment. 3 days went by and no call. Then when I called I was told “Oh we’re not offering that service right now because of the pandemic.” But no one ever called me to let me know. I find it strange that they don’t offer the special pick up/deliver service during this time because it seems like that would be the best way to keep their customers safe. Seems they don’t really care about their customers. I made an appointment to drop my car off and I arranged for a ride while they worked on my car. About 2 hrs later I get a call saying my car is almost ready but did I want to have the transmission fluid taken care of. This was not part of the maintenance alert that showed up in my car. I said no thank you. And then continued to wait for the call to tell me that my car was ready for me to pick up. I waited for over a half hour and no call. Finally we drove back to the Honda of Burien and I went in to ask and sure enough my car was ready. When I asked why I didn’t get a call they said oh you got a text. No I did not. When we bought the car the salesperson sold us on the prepaid maintenance plan. Since we have another car (a Toyota) that also has a prepaid plan we decided to go for it for the Honda as well. But it’s a total bate and switch. The salesperson never made it clear that we were only prepaying the oil change and nothing else. They have up charged us for everything else other than the oil. For our Toyota the maintenance plan truly covered everything. We paid nothing for the duration of the plan. We just feel this is a sneaky business tactic. We will not be returning to Honda of Burien. More
