Things have changed here. I get 4 reminders of my appt and a call telling me all that’s wrong. Then I come back to a list of immediate attention required. Granted it was raining; my car was not washed; no and a call telling me all that’s wrong. Then I come back to a list of immediate attention required. Granted it was raining; my car was not washed; nor was there a car wash coupon given. I’ve been coming here since the 80’s and have always had Honda Accord Coupes.; likely after this visit, I will contemplate purchasing an electric car. With the discontinuation of Accord Coupes, not sure what to choose. Just disappointed all around. Bryson was the best part; friendly and courteous. Sorry Honda, I’m disappointed in this visit as it just wasn’t what it once was. Don’t know if I’ll return to the dealership for service here in the future. More
I took my Ridgeline in for an oil service and requested that a few other items be looked at, one of which was a leaky tire. The form received when picking up the vehicle indicated that a soapy spray test that a few other items be looked at, one of which was a leaky tire. The form received when picking up the vehicle indicated that a soapy spray test was done. As a former mechanic I know that this test works best if the tire pressure is raised substantially before using the soapy solution. Not only was this not done, but the vehicle was returned with the same low pressure in came in with. Also, the oil service indicator was not reset, as the indicator still shows that I have a 50% oil life remaining. I will request that these two items be redone when I return to have the ordered parts from other issues installed. More
We had a MISERABLE experience with this dealership, and even made that abundantly clear in a private meeting with the GMs Corey and Josh, to which nothing has improved since an hour-long discussion. After even made that abundantly clear in a private meeting with the GMs Corey and Josh, to which nothing has improved since an hour-long discussion. After negotiating a price on our car, we flew in from out of state and sat around for a week waiting for finance to finish the paperwork and fix their ENDLESS mistakes, and give us the car. We called 2-4 times per day for 3 weeks during this process, and have since tried calling Corey daily for a slew of problems we are having once we got the car, and there are no return calls whatsoever. Examples of Issues we have had with Honda of Burien: - The former owner’s personal information (phone number, bank statements and account information, driving records, home address) was left in the glovebox - The locking gas cap was completely mangled and broken, also with no key provided - We had to lock-pick to get into the tank, and the dealership later admitted that the lock was broken but never disclosed this to us previously. We could have easily been stranded on the side of the road at midnight with no ability to fill our car - Corey McClain (GM) explicitly said in our discussion that out-of-state sales are not a priority, and even turned down a $20 bet on the table that their dealership would answer the phone when confronted about this recurring problem of non-communication - I presume they turned the Check Engine light off right before allowing us off the lot - 18 hours into owning the car, the light came back on and there was 0 coolant in the vehicle… also no response from the dealership on this problem - Corey instructed us to press “5” on phone operator to reach him directly with any unresolved concerns, but this turned out to be false as the line rings for 5 minutes before just hanging up - In the Sales conference room on a whiteboard, there are “10 Steps to Sales” ex. “ask questions, establish relationship”, and steps 6-9 (finance, servicing, paperwork) literally wrote “…”, so read into that what you will on how they prioritize moving onto the next sale once they have you on the line We have tried endlessly and daily to call Honda of Burien to resolve these problems, but they do not care to answer or return phone calls. This entire experience has been horrific and I can never recommend buying from here. Please take your business elsewhere. More

I slept on it before taking the decision of writing this review, I feel like there is lack of communication, unprofessional, and unworthy. After months of looking for a car In our regular prestigious dealer review, I feel like there is lack of communication, unprofessional, and unworthy. After months of looking for a car In our regular prestigious dealer with no luck of finding the one I really liked. I decided to take a risk and going to another prestigious dealer HONDA. Yes I found the car i liked I test drove it and liked it. I thought about it if I would take a used or just buy a new one. So I decided to go with the one I test drove and thought it was a decent price, until I went to sit in the office and sales person realized it was 4,000 dollars more so I said I’m going to think about it. After driving of for a couple of minutes I realized I really liked it and would go ahead with the purchase but there was some details that I would liked fixed before purchasing or there would be no deal. Well the salesperson said oh yeah we can get that fixed no problem. After waiting 2 hrs back and forth with Vanessa finally we heading to finance we find out that the car was being sold to us “as is” and we said sorry but we came with an agreement of these details be fixed or there is no deal. The Finance person said no that maybe the windshield but no tires and we said no deal then because we said we would take the deal if this was fixed and your salesperson spoke to her mama her and said there would be “no problem” and she would schedule an apt with them or see if they could do it to the nearest dealer to use. He went back spoke to the supervisor and came back with yes we can do that i made a down payment even tho we didn’t need to of almost half of the cost for the vehicle. Everything went smooth and they knew we were driving 4 hrs back home so he rushed thru the paperwork and we left the dealer and after noticing there was dents on top of the CRV when stopping by one of our relatives house I sent a text to the salesperson and told her the problem about the dents and she stated “no problem we will get it fixed” well I wasn’t just going to leave with this answer and decided to go down to the dealer since she said it was no problem with the tires and windshield and I wanted it written down on paper that they would be fixing item no cost to us. We were in a point we just wanted to return the vehicle and purchase a new one. But they put it in writing and headed out we were there for 4 hrs. After the drive I realized maybe I should just exchange the vehicle for a new one because I felt It would last me a while and loved how it drove and this had so many things fixed and I was paying so much for it. So I decided to text the salesperson to see the updates on the windsheild and no apts were set she said she would call me Monday and nothing Tuesday hit and still nothing so I decided to call the dealer and schedule the service and here I am thinking I have to go back another 4 hrs and another 4 back home. So i text the salesperson and told her I would like to exchange my car and if it was possible? She said yes “No Problem” I said is there one in this color she said let me look I said can you please have all the paperwork done with the specific vehicle and do paperwork? She said my manager isn’t here to do so. I asked again are u sure we will be able to exchange because I don’t want to drive so far to end up being something else she didn’t reply and I asked what time are I guys open and said a time. I asked not once or twice if the food change would not be a problem she said no. There we go driving 4 hrs and end with we can’t exchange its past 400 mile mark you signed the policy!!!! I was so upset even tho I was within the 7 day exchange. On top of all that they said we can trade in the car tho since you went over 500 miles well she did know we drove 4 hrs home 4 hrs back to there dealer. So then she comes out with it lost vale and I’m here loosing more than 11,000 dollars. Then after the frustration of going back and forth with her manager he decides to come out called us rude and to calm down. That really made me more upset the fact that we have lost almost more than half of the down payment because of the 500 miles I went over the 400 mile mark,1/2 day of work and money in gas coming back and forth to receive this kind of news. And now if we kept the car we still had to drive back the following Monday to get the windshield, tires and dents from the car a whole day of work and on top $15 dollar fee to use there vehicle for the day and not just that heading home we get a tire pressure alert got it checked and put air with no luck of the light coming off and parts from the bottom of the vehicle that were not screwed down properly. Why would I not be upset. I’m very very disappointed never would I have thought that this would happen in such a prestigious Dealer. Maybe next time I will be sticking with my first choice of Dealer because I know how they work and great service they have provided thru out the years. More
I just finished purchasing a used vehicle from Rairdon Honda, and the sales rep. was Calvin Duncan. It was a long distance purchase over the internet. Calvin was: absolutely helpful, courteous, informat Honda, and the sales rep. was Calvin Duncan. It was a long distance purchase over the internet. Calvin was: absolutely helpful, courteous, informative, and always attentive to my questions and concerns. My guess is it was more paper work and email response time than he bargained for, but he did the work. I appreciate his work and would recommend his as a trustworthy person to do business with.
