Haven't dealt with a dealer for about 10 years. Rairdons staff were very eager to show just how nice they are. They addressed any issues or concerns quickly. Ìn the end its still a business trying to make as much money as they can. Don't bother looking for compassion and empathy, it doesn't exist in car sales. These guys are overpriced. Simple as that. Compare their prices with other dealerships, AutoNation in Renton, for example, and you'll see that Rairdon overcharges across the bo Simple as that. Worse, the last time I was there, I was told it would be 90 minutes to have my car looked at and repaired. Forty-five minutes later the associate came over to let me know they wouldn't be able to look at my vehicle for another 2+ hours. I left. Pretty crummy and disrespectful waste of my time. Needless to say, I'll be avoiding this dealership moving forward. More

I went in for a brake service and the wait time was faster than what they told me!
