I thought my experience was great, until I discovered I was continuously misled during the buying process. I was sold on "non-negotiable" already installed items that weren't on the car at time of purchase was continuously misled during the buying process. I had to return to the dealership to have these items installed and I had to fight to acquire items I purchased (or thought I did). Nothing was ever brought to my attention by the dealership. I had to discover everything on my own and work hard to push for resolution. I was often responded to with "let me check with my manager" and then never got a response. Overall, really bad experience with this dealership. However, the service department has been awesome to work with and they took great care of me to rush me in for installing the missing items. More

I purchased Honda CR-V hybrid. As per sales person it is not possible to purchase without permaplate($1000). They said perma plate is on the car but when I spoke with customer they As per sales person it is not possible to purchase without permaplate($1000). They said perma plate is on the car but when I spoke with customer they it is not then I called buried Honda , they asked me to come Honda showroom and just cleaned my car and retuned in 30 mins but no document. Again they asked me come after 2 days and they provide a document as per document they applied ceramic coating and returned the car next day but actually they returned the car same day in 30min. Ceramic coating should take at least a day but if not they did it in 30 mins. I provided review with 7 then they said you should have give 10/10 then we should give something. Please away from this show room. Better go for Tayota or some other brand cars. More

I have been getting service for my 2019 HRV since I purchased it there. Service staff always friendly and helpful. I don't have to make appointments but go ahead there directly for oil change and other purchased it there. Service staff always friendly and helpful.
