When I called for the appointment, I spoke with David who was polite and helpful. Because he wasn’t there at the time of the appointment, Riley efficiently handled the paperwork when I came in and was alread was polite and helpful. She reviewed my contact details and I was on my way quickly. Everyone I spoke to had good telephone manners which really helps avoid confusion. They called to tell me that it was time for new tires so that was added on to all the other maintenance, but I believe I drove out with a car in much better condition than when I drove in. I really appreciate the service. More

Need to ask clearly about Pricing! !! The Labor cost and Part cost!!!! I sent my car to dealer service to check on my steering wheel because it had some weird sound. They checked and f !! The Labor cost and Part cost!!!! I sent my car to dealer service to check on my steering wheel because it had some weird sound. They checked and found 1 quarter inside my wheel and problem solved after $245 Then the service associate informed on phone to me that my car had some major issues need to fix it urgently which are coolant water been empty which cost over $200 PLUS the SERVICE Timing belt which been over 7 years which cost over 1600 to replace and low battery power. I tried to repeat it “ is it for real need to be done today?” Is it real necessary? And why it is that expensive “ . The associate kept saying that urgent and should be done soon and convince me by a lot of accident happened due to these reasons. These made me worried and i didn’t experience on fixing car also. I called back after getting my husband advice and he said we can replace the belt from 60-100 miles while my car was 73k miles. She continued said Honda should replace after 7 years so we decided to do the services. The customers service was good BUT if they can let me know more CLEARLY about the price break down because they might think we didn’t know the price point that was why they did not express the thing. For me i thought the price is too HIGH because of the complicated work plus expensive parts. HOWEVER, when i received the invoice it showed: - Coolant exchange: Labor cost: $175 Part: $38 - Timing belt; LABOR cost: $1500 Parts: $187 They starting working on my car at 1pm and done at 4:30pm. The weird thing is the TOTAL cost of PArts were about $250 But more than $2000 for the total cost of LABOR. So if i knew the labor cost that much i should considering of fixing in this dealer or researching different place cheaper while the cost of parts is non negotiable. I feel like the labor cost here is too much high, this cost can be compared like emergency hospital cost for 3 hours or very professional major not for just 2 hour car service. To summary this: Associates need to be clear to customers that Labor cost and Part cost to customers. The customers need know to comparing price with other dealer or auto service since not all of them has experience on auto then they can decide where to go to save there money and how REAL urgent things have to be done.
