COMPLETE NIGHTMARE IN SERVICE. I don't know if it's because of I'm a woman or what, but I have been COMPLETELY taken advantage of. I brought my 2011 Tribeca in for TWO separa I don't know if it's because of I'm a woman or what, but I have been COMPLETELY taken advantage of. I brought my 2011 Tribeca in for TWO separate issues COVERED by my extended warranty about 7 weeks ago. That's not a type-o, literally 7 weeks ago! They didn't fix either of the issues, but because they didn't fix the first one and opened the second warranty claim, I now have to pay two deductibles. They replaced bushings, a vacuum pump, a vacuum pump hose, TWO ECMs, TWO O2 sensors and finally brought in an engineer to diagnose the real issue (which was that the hose was installed backwards). After they finally fixed the 2nd issue, I came to pick up my vehicle and was told because they messed up on the 1st one, I would have to pay a second deductible and that I have to talk to my extended warranty company. EXCUSE ME. WHY would I need to do that? Why not take responsibility for your actions??? Have not dealt with anyone with the level of disrespect before. More

I had my outback oil’s changed and swapped out for winter tires. To swapping out the tires they’re changed me for $25.00 . After the service I drove for 10 miles the tire pressure monitor light was on. I hav tires. To swapping out the tires they’re changed me for $25.00 . After the service I drove for 10 miles the tire pressure monitor light was on. I have to drove 10 miles back to fix it. Then they want to charge $85.00 to reprogram the monitor . They should let customers know this issue when the car at the service. I could swapped the tire for free at discount tire. More

Excellent customer service, careless repair of recall issue Technician put a scratch on my dash near the ignition button and left a socket drill bit in the cup holder, which I discovered after I returned home. Technician put a scratch on my dash near the ignition button and left a socket drill bit in the cup holder, which I discovered after I returned home. Although my Outback is.a 2017, it is in pristine condition, so that ‘first scratch’ was a bit painful. I could tell that was where he had been working because the soft cowling over the steering column was not replaced smoothly. I was able to correct that myself. On the other hand, Ian at the front desk was excellent. I wish I had discovered the problems before I left the dealership, as I would at the least have returned the tool. More
